Consumer Complaint: Received a bill for so called used damages 45 days after turn car in to dealer : They cliam tires worn, scratches.Before turn car in I had PA Inspection back tires passed, purchased new tires for front, car passed, term milage was XXXX miles allowance car turned XXXX miles.I had a dealership " XXXX '' done every 6mo '' s which was done day before turned car in.Garage keeped car Took pictures of car before turning car no visable damages or scratches, no dents, etc, very light scratches from bushes or small marks from stones. I got pictures from GM Finanici showed to many people could not damaged to car, took to professional Auto Body could only see a small ding back one inch lower part rear bumper.GM FINANICAL add various fee & taxes not shown to me a the time I did original paper work very poor disclosure of what was in lease at end of term.All dealership leases not properly disclosed or people would not do leasing, a number story of leaseing charging thousands of dollars to un suspecting consumers.The lease want to sell car and not put the cast of refurbishing car on un suspecting consumers.GM Financial does not permit dealers to go over cars, they send 3rd party team that get paid to find out what they can use to justifiy over billing

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I went to XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) with an already approved loan from my current credit card company XXXX XXXX '. I was willing and ready to use my XXXX XXXX auto loan without hesitation. My salesman apparently ran my credit with MULTIPLE lenders WITHOUT my permission or knowledge on doing so. Not to mention, I have a XXXX XXXX ' on my XXXX which should have prevented anyone from gaining access to my credit account without my approval. It wasnt until I checked my report 30days later and seen such transactions. I did not authorize all of these auto lenders to run my credit as I have been diligently working to build my credit and with all of these hard inquiries it has brought my credit score down. I have made attempts to contact XXXX XXXX regarding this issue but was informed there is nothing they could do, that I would need to dispute these transactions with the lenders. I would NEVER have authorized all of these hard inquiries when I was already approved for an autoloan. *I tried to upload my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX approved loan but since I purchased the car, I no longer have access to such document*

Consumer Complaint: My husband, XXXX XXXX, and I leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX in XXXX, OH on or about XX/XX/XXXX. This was a two year lease, expiring on XX/XX/XXXX, so we traded it in to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX in exchange for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. We made our last payment for the XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and paid the amount owed for the XXXX at trade in ( see the bank statements, attached ). On or about XX/XX/XXXX, we received a bill from GM Financial for payments on the XXXX allegedly owed in XXXX and XXXX of that year. We contacted our salesman at XXXX, sent in the vehicle return receipt to GM Financial, and believed that the dealership and GM Financial had worked things out. We didnt receive any more bills after that. As you will see from my attached letter, they had not resolved this billing issue, and our credit scores dropped approximately 50 points over the XXXX holiday. I filed a dispute with XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. The balance was changed to {$0.00}, but issues remained. Ultimately, I filed a second dispute in XXXX since our scores did not recover, and I still had late payment status showing on my credit report ( attached ). This dispute was not corrected, and this issue became known in the course of applying for a home equity line of credit from XXXX XXXX this week ( also attached ). I contacted XXXX today, they confirmed that these amounts were past due, and they ultimately sent me to GM Financial. GM Financials Loss Prevention rep ( XXXX ) reviewed my account, confirmed that they were still looking for these two payments, and directed me to the dealership. My question to both was how is it possible that we could owe payments on a vehicle that was in legal possession of the manufacturers dealership/ financial arm? I had sent both parties evidence of our non-possession of the XXXX in XXXX, yet this report stood. In both cases, the parties pointed me elsewhere. XXXX was unwilling or unable to help me beyond that point. I then left a message for the general manager at XXXX XXXX hours ago, with no response so far. Please help. At no point did any of these companies take any accountability regarding this mistake that one of these parties made, and it is negatively impacting us, despite our best efforts to be as fiscally responsible as possible. The employee did not do this correctly and put it to pdiceable causing months to be late with out me knowing. I have contacted them. Until now i have paid almost XXXX $ from this amount GM FINANCIAL. but GM FINANCIAL took XXXX $ as interest and they treansferred only XXXX $ for car. they are charging me 18.00 % APR. monthly XXXX as interest, and i requested one letter they are not providing that letter. when i requested pay off it was showing again the actuall fiannce amount like XXXX the dealer and GM FINANCIAL are cheating me. not provinding the requested letters and tried to reposition my car once aswell. when i ever iam sending one email to send the information they are telling in 10 emails that they will not discuss through email. i dont know why?.

Consumer Complaint: I am a XXXX citizen but my loan was through gm financial in the states, a 5 year term, no missed payments, no late payments. My car is paid off. When I call it says title released XX/XX/2019, I owe nothing. I was unaware of a policy that states I have to wait 15 to 30 days to sell my vehicle I paid for, for 5 years, this is unacceptable as a consumer, even more unacceptable as someone who sold their vehicle not knowing of this 15 to 30 day policy that is not written anywhere for anyone to see or none about. I now have a very angry car buyer who cant put the car in her name as the lien is still there due to the policy that is not written anywhere for anyone to know about. I have dealt with gmf via phone and also written complaint for the last two days being told they cant send me that policy as its an internal policy. Wait, what? So how is a consumer to know that you have to wait 15 to 30 days to sell a vehicle if its not stated anywhere? Written anywhere, not notified as such a policy? Its not a policy, if its not written! I have a my account through gmf and asked that they send me a letter stating I owe nothing and they release the vehicle. They wont do that, I have to adhere to their policy that isnt written anywhere or I wasnt aware of. I am here to protect future consumers from this company who dont end up like me, paying a car off, selling it and having one angry buyer as I wasnt aware of some internal policy. I was also told by XXXX ID number XXXX that they didnt have to tell me of this policy as its an internal policy. Please do something about this policy they have that is not written anywhere!!! Yes Im XXXX, but my loan was through an American institution, how that happened is beyond me!
