Consumer Complaint: Someone opened an account using my personal information and a fake address in order to take out a personal loan without my knowledge. I only became aware of this when a debt collection agency called me to say I owed {$8900.00}. I informed the company, XXXX, via phone call and a physical letter which I mailed on XX/XX/. I also froze my credit and reported the fraud to the credit reporting agencies as well as the fraudulent address that was being used with my name at the same time. I also emailed the debt collection agency with information about the fraudulent account and forwarded a letter to them which I had previously sent to XXXX regarding the fraud on XX/XX/. I still have yet to hear about the status of this situation.

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.
