Consumer Complaint: My credit score use to be over XXXX, recently it dropped below XXXX. I notice payment history was downgraded from exceptional to very good. When I look at the data it says no late payments for months and I know I have no late or missing payments for decades. I call Experian and they said they only look into monitoring issues and gave me an XXXX XXXX XXXX number to call. When you call that number you can not get to an agent, only order a credit report or lock. I need to speak with someone.

This has cause me tremendous hardship because all of my credit has been exposed and supplying information to my personal credit. Causing me and my family difficulties in everyday life and values and the American dream. If one Bureau is inaccurate then they are all. There's no way we can determined what's correct or incorrect. There's no way in telling how long I been exposed to this data breach and how it will effect me and my family in the future. I made a police report and was advised to continuously monitor my credit report. I recently requested a copy of my credit profile and noticed accounts and inquiries that are not mine nor do I have any knowledge of. I've contacted both Experian and XXXX requesting verification in attempt to get this resolved. Neither company have provided an updated or resolution. Furnishing this information to my profile is violating my consumer rights specifically 15 USC 1681B, furnishing any information without my permission or written consent, and 15 USC 1681 C-2, furnishing accounts due to identity fraud.
