Consumer Complaint: I just got my credit report on XX/XX/2024, and noticed some accounts on my credit report are incomplete and inaccurate which is a violation of 15 USC 1981e ( b ). They also violated 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) & ( b ), 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) & ( ii ). At this point I believe they are doing this on purpose. According to 15 USC1681e ( b ). Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. They must be blind everything is inconsistent.

Consumer Complaint: I want these student loan accounts removed under law that pass the statue date of 7 years which is illegal and by law under the Family Educational Right and Privacy Act of 1974 these should not be reporting on my reports. My other loans has been removed due to these laws and theses need removed as well. I will also seek damages as this has caused stress on me. The other law is the schools these loans came from has been closed and their accreditation has been revoked so that's another penalty that I ' am seeking damages for.

Furthermore I do not have access to XXXX Terms of Service, Partner Credit Agreement, and Account Opening Disclosure and there has been no email provided to me the consumer evidencing XXXX Terms of Service, Partner Credit Agreement, and Account Opening Disclosure and my account has been closed. Regardless as a Federally Protected Consumer I am now opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer may have giving you by way of XXXX Terms of Service, Partner Credit Agreement, and Account Opening Disclosure to disclose any of my nonpublic personal information provided by I the consumer to XXXX, any nonpublic personal information resulting from any transaction with I the consumer or any service performed for the consumer and otherwise obtained by XXXX.
