Consumer Complaint: Im submitting a complaint to you today to inform you I was the victim of identity theft. I researched on how to remove the fraudulent items in my report and found that I need to visit FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION or https : //www.ftc.gov to file a report Per FCRA section 605b Credit Reporting Agencies are required to remove/block any items listed on an id theft report. Please find the ATTACHED documents to assist in the blocking of the erroneous information that is being posted to my report. Here is the list of items that do not belong to me or were opened without my permission. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX is incorrectly reporting to credit bureaus that my mortgage payment is 30 days past due. As of this complaint, XXXX XXXX XXXX has not yet acknowledged, in writing, that all required supplemental and regular mortgage payments were fully paid each month as agreed from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX ; See included letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. Consumer Complaint: Subject : Dispute of Inaccurate Information and Unlawful Actions by XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXX XXXX regarding their persistent reporting of inaccurate information on my credit report and illegal activity with my XXXX XXXX account XXXX XXXX Despite having previously disputed these inaccuracies with XXXX XXXX directly, as acknowledged in their email dated XX/XX/XXXX, the errors persist, and the bank has engaged in additional unlawful activities. On reviewing my account statements for XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I discovered that XXXX XXXX has erased these statements from my account, a clear violation of my rights and illegal under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). This obstructs my ability to monitor my financial transactions and is unacceptable. Moreover, XXXX XXXX is reporting a XXXX missed payment in XXXX and a XXXX missed payment in XXXX, both of which are inaccuracies. I have evidence of a payment of {$2100.00} made in XXXX and {$370.00} made in XXXX. It is clear that XXXX XXXX has failed to update their records accurately and is misrepresenting my payment history. Furthermore, XXXX XXXX erroneously charged off my account in XX/XX/XXXX, even though payments were being made. According to the law, a charge-off can only occur after XXXX days of non-payment. XXXX XXXX XXXX premature charge-off is not only a violation of my rights but also indicative of their disregard for legal and ethical standards. In light of these egregious actions, I am including evidence of these illegal transactions and demand compensation of {$1000.00} for each illegal transaction committed. I also insist that XXXX XXXX rectify the inaccurate reporting on my credit report, updating the account to " paid as agreed in full with no late payments. '' If XXXX XXXX is unable to correct this information, I request the immediate removal of the account from my credit report. I trust that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against XXXX XXXX for their violations. Consumer Complaint: I had a payment plan through XXXX with the merchant XXXX XXXX. The loan was supposed to be adjusted due to a return I made to the merchant. I notified XXXX that I contacted XXXX XXXX in regards to getting the loan adjusted. XXXX XXXX was unresponsive for about a month. I solely paid all XXXX payments on time, so that my credit would not get effected. I then issued a charge back with my bank for the last payment on the loan for the amount of {$150.00}. That was the amount that needed to be taken off of the loan in regards to the return I made. In XXXXXXXX XXXX system it shows that I did not make the last payment. I was only intending to be properly compensated. I have an email confirmation confirming the last payment being made for this loan. XXXX XXXX reached out to me issuing the refund back and when I went to pay the last payment once more there was not an option to do so via the XXXX XXXX. The loan showed that it was all squared away on the App. I then received an email about a late payment again and I paid the final payment. I will attach supporting screenshots of emails with dates to help identify in a timely manner.

Consumer Complaint: 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet XXXX, Experian & XXXX is reporting this information. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been validated, lets be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form XXXX Cancellation of Debt. XXXX, Experian, XXXX and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer report are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form XXXX : Information Referral AND IRS form XXXX. I am writing to express my ongoing frustration and dissatisfaction with the unresolved issue of fraudulent items persisting on my credit file, despite my previous attempts to rectify the situation. As detailed in my earlier communication, I brought to your attention the presence of fraudulent entries on my credit file. Regrettably, the issue has not been adequately addressed, and the fraudulent items continue to negatively impact my creditworthiness and financial standing. To recap the previous attempts made to resolve this matter : Initiated contact with your fraud department to report and request the removal of fraudulent items from my credit file. Submitted a formal written complaint, providing comprehensive documentation and evidence to support the fraudulent nature of the items in question. Engaged in follow-up communication with your fraud department, cooperating fully in the investigation process and providing any additional information requested. Escalated the matter to a supervisor or manager within your organization, seeking urgent intervention and resolution. Despite these concerted efforts, the fraudulent items persist, causing undue stress and financial hardship.
