Consumer Complaint: According to the FCRA, credit reporting agencies are required to complete investigations within XXXX days of receiving a dispute. However, it has come to my attention that your bureau is requesting an additional XXXX days for resolution. This extended timeframe is not in compliance with the statutory requirements and is causing me significant distress. I was the victim and Im not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. As a victim of fraudulent activities, I expected prompt and accurate resolution of my dispute to prevent any further damage to my credit history. The FCRA clearly stipulates a XXXX timeframe for investigations, and I fail to understand why your bureau has chosen to exceed this limit without providing a valid explanation for the delay. Consumer Complaint: Time has already passed but up until now, I havent heard any kind of response from the 3Credit Bureaus which made me decide to seek assistance from you. They have shown negligence and an act of refusal to comply with my request. I know for a fact that they are to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act law, provide proof, and documents, and give definite and accurate responses, within the given statutory time. However, if they fail to do so, they are obliged to remove or update the items which are erroneous and unverified. Their unfavorable and unacceptable actions have been hurting my credit scores immensely. Its a big clear mistake thats a violation of the law : 15 Us Code 1666b Timing of Payments I will include in my proof in my images below! This is a big violation and against the law this is not fare at all for them to continue to do this just because they are big company and im just one person I Can not get this resolve and I have 100 % CLEAR proof of the company 's big mistake but they wont resolve it and update my account as paid on time! And remove the inaccurate remark of my auto being late as I have never been late on anything in my life with none of my accounts!

According to credit karma this dispute is till in progress\under investigation with an estimated completion date of XXXX XXXX XXXX yet that date has long ago come and past with no updates. The dispute file number for this is XXXX and the remedy for this complaint is the immediate deletion of this account and all associated information related to it removed from my credit reports. The account holder is XXXX XXXX XXXX and is still reporting with a year long dispute in progress.
