Consumer Complaint: I filed an ID Theft report with the FTC and submitted a complaint to the CFPB on Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to investigate my accounts and remove the inaccurate information. Experian, XXXX, and XXXX claimed to have completed a reasonable investigation with the furnisher of information and verified the accounts listed below as reporting 100 % accurately. However, these accounts are still inaccurate and the credit bureaus are continuing to report errors on my credit file, violating my rights and damaging my credit score at the same time. According to The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the information on a consumer 's credit report should be consistent across all three bureaus, as creditors and lenders may use any of the three to check a consumer 's credit history. The consumer reporting agencies Experian, XXXX, and XXXX did not remove all fraudulent and inaccurate accounts that have been furnished on my consumer file and I have never gave my consent to furnished these accounts. No consent is Identity Theft and I have attached evidence that these consumer reporting agencies are in violation.
