Consumer Complaint: Experian has kept my XXXX XXXX XXXX points lower than XXXX and XXXX XXXX for XXXX. I have on several occasions throughout the years tried to get Experian to balance my score out with the other XXXX reporting agencies to no avail, This has hurt me substantially because the companies pulling my credit report, will go by what Experian is reporting, outdated reports, closed accounts, it takes XXXX months for them to up date that my credit cards has a XXXX balance sometimes not at all. My XXXX XXXX should not be XXXX points lower from XXXX credit reporting agency to another I am at XXXX with XXXX and XXXX XXXX but Experian XXXX. too many companies want/use the lower score than the higher score or not give me a loan because they use Experian '' XXXX score.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC XXXX received a copy of my credit report with the intention of trying to improve my credit and take care of my responsibilities and noticed a few accounts that I wanted a little more explanation on. I am not saying they are reporting right or wrong. I am just saving that I am not 100 percent sure if they are. I also read something called the Fair Credit Reporting Act where it said by law, I had rights to challenge anything I am not sure is accurate. Some of the people reporting things on me, I have never heard of which made me write to you all. Are you familiar with something called 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681 ( a )? I heard that if you can't provide proof, these accounts must be deleted. Well I want these accounts deleted if they are not 100 percent right and correct. Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit profile, I identified discrepancy with my account and validation was requested as this was account I did not recognized I reviewed my account again and the accounts continue to reflect on my credit report and I have not received any correspondence from creditors to validate this account as correctly belonging to me, nor has my credit report been updated to reflect that the account is disputed and therefore a second certified letter was sent out. These company are reporting fraudulent inaccurate information on my credit report. I requested that they provide the purchase agreement to show full ownership of such accounts and also other documents so I may review to see if this is actually an account that belongs to me 15 U.S.C 1681. These account continue to affect me negatively.
