My credit report was updated and it's still showing incorrect payment history, it states that I was late 180 days for XXXX and XXXX of XXXX this is incorrect reporting, it's impossible for me to be late XXXX back to back. Consumer Complaint: tired of these credit bureaus abusing my rights. I sent them letters regarding all the inaccurate information i still find my on my credit report. They cant even get an open date right or my payment history correct. Down below i have listed what rights they violated in correspondence with the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( FCRA ), tracking numbers of the letters i sent the bureaus, and all the incomplete and inaccurate information found in my credit report. also found out that they were sending 3rd party companies my personal information by receiving random letters from these companies. Consumer Complaint: Since pulling a copy of my Consumer credit report 1 year ago, I noticed that this credit reporting agency was and still is in multiple violations and I am entitled to monetary compensation Under FCRA United States XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX ( XXXX ) Notice of Results of Reinvestigation. ( A ) In general. A consumer reporting agency shall provide written notice to a consumer of the results of a reinvestigation, by mail or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by other means available to the agency ( B ) Contents. As part of, or in addition to, the noticed under subparagraph ( A ), a consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer in writing before the expiration of the XXXX period referred to in subparagraph ( A ) ( I ) a statement that the reinvestigation is completed.
