I looked at the details of my credit report to find that there was a delinquency for a missed credit card payment. I contacted my credit card company ( XXXX ) on XX/XX/2024 to inquire about the missed payment because I had no recollection of missing a payment. They confirmed that they never filed a delinquency on my account. I created an account with Experian to look at the XXXX report there and file a dispute, and when I looked at the XXXX report, it said that there was an adverse account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The account as an address that is a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX I did not create that account. I filed a dispute with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, Experian on XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX, and XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX.

( 15 USC 1692b ) Not state that such consumer owes any debt ; Analysis a debt collector seeking location information must identify themselves by name, but must not identify his employer unless asked. When asked, however, the collector must give the true and full name of the employer to comply with this provision and avoid violating other sections of the FDCPA. An individual debt collector may use an alias if it is used consistently and if it does not interfere with another party 's ability to identify him, and the collection laws of his or her state allow the same. Consumer Complaint: As the Consumer, I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states " It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' Supporting this is 5 U.S. Code 552a " No agency shall disclose any record which is contained in a system of records by any means of communication to any person, or to another agency, except pursuant to a written request by, or with the prior written consent of, the individual to whom the record pertains, unless disclosure of the record would be ( 12 ) to a consumer reporting agency in accordance with section 3711 ( e ) of title 31. Experian violates of - 15 U.S. Code 1681b " Experian would need my written consent to add anything to my consumer report which I did not give. - 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) " Reporting Transaction history is illegal. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681c " No adverse items besides the conviction of crimes should be on a consumer report. - 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 " Experian has been put on notice of the inaccurate information and must immediately stop reporting that information. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681n Experian is liable for {$1000.00} per violation for noncompliance. ( There have been 204 violations counted. ) Per the FCRA as a federally protected consumer. I am now Opting Out of any authorization. I the consumer may have given you written, unwritten, verbal, and nonverbal per 15 USC 6802.
