Consumer Complaint: After recently being turned down from apartment I decided to take a look at my credit and I was in distress when I notice the incorrect items listed on here. I have called most of these lenders. And they are unable to give me information. Because I can not verify all the information. XXXX XXXX told me that account was open and a business name. Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit report I discovered that several items that is being reported to my consumer report are inaccurate, I never gave permission to run my consumer report nor did I sign any SSA-89 Form releasing information giving permission for anyone to utilize my Consumer Social. I have went over each item and can validate that there is no error on my end and my consumer right has been violated according to 15 USC 1681B, I am asking to remove each unauthorized item from my consumer report within 4 business days or I will be force to take legal action. I have attached proof of my identity therefore you will know that this is myself the natural person requesting this information be deleted completely.

Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, Experian, and XXXX data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data.

The discrepancies I have discovered have had a significant impact on my mental well-being, causing severe distress and anxiety. As a consumer, I firmly believe in the principles outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), particularly the requirement that information reported on my credit file must be 100 % accurate. According to 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ), it is evident that these accounts are in violation of the law by failing to report 100 % accurate information. Consumer Complaint: Ive noticed that several deviations from mandatory reporting standards therefore the data in my report can not be accurate and complete! With that said, I deny your allegations and I challenge you to provide proof that you have the right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Per 15 U.S.C 1681e Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) requires furnishers to : Furnish information concerning accounts or other relationships with a consumer that has integrity. Furnish information about accounts or other relationships with a consumer that is accurate. C - Conduct reasonable investigations of consumer disputes According to CRRG, in order to make a lawful report, you must follow the XXXX XXXX compliance standards. Also as stated in the CRRG Any Deviation From These Standards Jeopardizes The Integrity of The Data. This means that any mistakes in reporting claims can make the information less accurate and it affects the accuracy of any federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am invoking my rights to challenge these inaccurate and non-compliant items. Neglecting my demand will only prove that you DO NOT care about my rights as a consumer. Its NOT FAIR for you to report information that isnt confirmed to be ethical and meets the standards of certified reporting. Again, I am challenging these claims and asking for proof of the proper reporting standards. You are violating my rights! I have listed the concerns about your reporting in this document.
