Consumer Complaint: As stated in the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 Section 602, it is decisive for consumer reporting agencies like XXXX and Experian to carry out their responsibilities with fairness, unbiased, and respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. As the consumer, I have the right to make certain that my private information is not shared, as supported by section 6801 of the same Act. This section emphasizes that financial institutions, including the entity furnishing information to credit agencies, have an ongoing obligation to protect the privacy and confidentiality of their customers ' nonpublic personal information. Section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ) of the Act states that consumer reporting agencies may only furnish a consumer report under specific circumstances, one of which is when they receive written instructions from the consumer to whom the report relates. In this case, neither the financial institution nor the consumer reporting agencies, XXXX and Experian, have my consent to furnish this information, let alone my written consent. Therefore, any previous consent given to XXXX, Experian, or the furnisher of information to credit agencies, whether it was verbal, non-verbal, written, implied, or otherwise, is hereby revoked. Furthermore, section 6802 ( b ) ( c ) of the Act states that a financial institution can not impart nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is provided with an explanation of how they can exercise their right to nondisclosure. However, the furnisher of information to credit agencies failed to inform me of my right to exercise this nondisclosure option. Furthermore, section 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) specifies that no consumer reporting agency may include any adverse item of information in a consumer report, except as authorized under subsection ( b ). In conclusion, it is evident that the actions taken by XXXX, Experian, and the furnisher of information to credit agencies are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. As the consumer, I expect my rights to privacy and covertly to be respected, and I demand that immediate corrective measures be taken to rectify this situation.

Consumer Complaint: My credit report shows I have a XXXX XXXX Credit Card. I do not. I have disputed this with Experian several times. I have submitted several letters from XXXX XXXX stating that XXXX XXXX knows I am not on this credit card. XXXX XXXX has been very helpful every time I have called and they have supplied numerous letters all stating I am not on this credit card. I even spoke to an account executive to make absolutely sure if Experian contacted XXXX XXXX to let them know I am not on the account. Which they did. Experian continues to report that I am on this credit card account even with all of the proof from XXXX XXXX showing I am not.

Subissue: Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize
Consumer Complaint: Updated dispute : I have pulled my report and the agency states that they do not have any inquiries on their side of things yet the items are still reflecting the inquiries on my side to date! During the time of my freeze and beyond, i was under a credit lock under all three consumer reporting agencies during which in order to authorize a credit check my permission was required to check my credit with written or verbal consent prior to an authorization. However, i discovered that despite having had an active alert on, y credit for fraud, there are inquiries that I do not recognize on my credit report. I did not give any of these following agencies and parties the authorization to make an inquiry on my credit. Especially with an active note of fraud alert that was on my account prior to the inquiries that were made against my credit report. All of the credit bureaus did not honor this request and none of the parties on my credit report consulted me about my credit being checked before running my credit whatsoever. Additionally I did not authorize any checks in relation to the parties involved with my consumer reports. Notably, XXXX XXXX XXXX checked my credit on a date that i did not recall and i spoke to them on XX/XX/ at XXXX XXXX XXXX to confirm the inquiry made. They denied any participation in an unauthorized check on my credit. Under such provisions, my rights were violated. On Grounds : [ 15 USC 1681a ss 603 ( m ) ( 1-3 ) ; use of information was abused during the period which the fraud alert was active and the disposition of the circumstances within my rights were breeched by all the parties involved since there was no notable communication on my behalf ( reserved ), FCRA/FCR Title 12 X 1016.13 ; Contrary to rule, sustains the provision where information was misused and justifies prior law under my rights as a consumer, there was again, misuse and failure to provide supplemental notice and information to me and upholding my rights as the consumer, FCRA/FCR Title 12 X 1016.15 ; Relative to other violations in terms of practices ( Reserved ), 15 USC 1681 ss 602 ( a ) ( 1-4 ) & 15 USC 1681 ss 602 ( b ) ; ( As Defined ) Moreover, the entities, parties, affiliates, and agencies failed to adhere to policies and laws as outlined in this statute with careful consideration for myself and what has happened with the misuse of my consumer reports recording and authorizing information to be pulled without subsequent notice, especially when my consumer reports have a notable fraud alert notice and in requirements states that all authorization needed to run my consumer reports requires authorization from me, the consumer in advance whether it be verbally or written. 15 USC 1681b ss 604 ( b ) ( 1-2 ) & 15 USC 1681b ss 604 ( c ) ( 1-3 ) ; ( Sustained ) There was no disclosure of the usage of information from any and all parties involved with the initial inquiry made on my consumer reports at any point during the time and peaks that credit checks were authorized without my consent. Notably, this is also in justification and in protection of other laws as mentioned in my explanation and where violations have been made thus far. 15 USC 1681q ss 619 ; ( Reserved ) Under the relations and laws as mentioned, it is showcases and implies that my information was obtained and used under false pretenses which violates my rights as a consumer notably and support my stake in my complaint. 15 USC 1681o ss 617 ; ( Reserved ) Supports and justifies position with ss 619, ]

Consumer Complaint: Despite my previous XXXX written requests, the unverified items listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. They stated in their responses to my XXXX dispute letters that they have verified that the items listed are accurate but they failed to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify these accounts as per my request. The fact that they have ignored my request to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify the disputed accounts is evidence that they can not and did not verify any of the disputed accounts like they said they did. Their failure to delete the disputed accounts that they can not verify after XXXX written requests is also evidence of their willful disregard of Federal Law.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I attended a social gathering and purses/wallets were stolen by event staff. Police were notified and report was made. I was advised to monitor my credit report in the future. I recently pulled a copy of my credit report and noticed a slew of accounts I have no knowledge of, affiliation, or relationship with. I also discovered someone has been applying and attempting to obtain lines of credit in my name. I immediately contacted the CRAs ( Experian, XXXX, and XXXX ) in XX/XX/XXXX. I informed them of the incident from XXXX along with the account I discovered. I contacted all agencies via phone and by mail. It has now been over 60 days and no accounts have been verified but are still reporting to my profile which is now in violation of the FCRA, specifically 15 USC 1681. NO INFORMATION SHOULD BE FURNISHED TO MY PROFILE WITHOUT MY WRITTEN CONSENT. Furnishing account due to Identity Theft further violates 15 USC 1681 c-2. No accounts due to identity theft should be reporting to my profile. The accounts being reported to my profile that I have no knowledge of are : XXXX XXXX ( {$190.00} ), XXXX XXXX ( {$1400.00} ), XXXX ( {$980.00} ), XXXX XXXX ( {$610.00} ), XXXX XXXX ( {$260.00} ), XXXX XXXX ( {$450.00} ), AND XXXX ( {$500.00} ). Again I have no knowlege of these accounts. I also noticed credit inquiries from creditors : XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, AND EXPERIAN. I have NOT applied for credit with these lenders
