Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XXXX, and Experian are all violating my consumer rights and reporting non public information without my consent which goes against the terms and conditions reporting banks have provided me. All three entities are third party affiliates and no one can approve the information reported except for the consumer. According to the FCRA 15 USC 1681 section 602 explains that consumer reporting agencies have a responsibility to report fair and accurate information with respect to the consumers RIGHT TO PRIVACY. I also have the right to opt of of reporting which is supposed to be provided to me and has never once be provided in the entire credit profile history and age. According to 15 USC 1681b permissible purpose must be presented and under no circumstances can any non public information be reported without the order of the court or the written consent of the consumer therefore leading to inaccuracys on accounts that are considered certificates of idebtdedness which is considered income by the IRS. It is illegal to report income in my consumer reports. These entities are also reporting names I do no go by, and reporting addresses that are non mailable. This is also a Violation of the Privacy Act of 1974. XXXX, XXXX, and Experian can not demonstrates, display, provide, or gather any evidence that I have given any consent to reporting nor can that show or prove they have guven me an opportunity to opt of of reporting if I choose to do so. According to 16 CFR 313.17 XXXX, XXXX, and Experian are required to provide me with the necessary documentation to opt out. 15 USC 6802 states financial institutions may not, directly or through any affiliate, disclose to a non affiliated third party any non public personal information, unless given proper notice to the consumer as well as giving the consumer an option to Opt out. Under 15 USC 6805 the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has the fiduciary duty, obligation, and oath to enforce these regulations. Per the FCRA as a federally protected consumer, I am now opting out of any and all authorization, I the consumer may have given you written, unwritten, verbal, and non verbal permission in accord with 15 usc 6802. At this time I want the follow non public information and accounts removed from all reporting agencies.
