Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, am a natural living person. I am writing to dispute certain information present on my credit report, which I believe is inaccurate. This dispute is based on the provisions outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S. Code 1681a, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2, and 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ). According to 15 U.S. Code 1681a, the definition of a consumer report excludes reports containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the reporting entity. It is evident that the information in dispute falls under this exclusion. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 emphasizes the responsibility of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. The law stipulates that furnishers must provide accurate information and prohibits reporting with actual knowledge of errors. In addition, 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) supports my claim by specifying exclusions from the definition of a consumer report, highlighting the relevance of the disputed information to this exclusion. I am also placing a FTC reference number- # XXXX so that you can verify the inaccuracy of fraud that is placed on my credit report. Now based on the provisions mentioned above, I kindly request an investigation into these discrepancies and urge prompt action to rectify the inaccuracies. As per my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I also request that you provide me with a written explanation of the results of your investigation. Enclosed are copies of documents supporting my claim for your review. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that the inaccurate information be corrected or removed from my credit report at the earliest.

Consumer Complaint: Ive received a copy of my credit report, and XXXX XXXX XXXX is claiming I have an account with them, or I owe them something. Im a victim of Identity theft and I have never entered any business arrangement, and I have never signed any contract to conduct any kind of business with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Also, because they are a 3rd party collector, they should have no permission to furnish any information on my credit report in the first place. The law states that before you collect any information about me, you must get my authorization to access my credit report for any reason. XXXX XXXX XXXX didnt do that at first, and theres no way I would ever have given a slimy collection company permission to slander me on my credit reports. There company is reporting a collection account as an open account with 180 days late is a violation of the law as well. A Collections account can not have a OPEN STATUS as a creditor account. Heres the law in case you have never read it before. ( o ) Excluded communications. A communication is described in this subsection if it is a communication ( XXXX ) with respect to which ( A ) the consumer who is the subject of the communication ( i ) consents orally or in writing to the nature and scope of the communication, before the collection of any information for the purpose of making the communication. ( iii ) in the case of consent under clause ( i ) or ( ii ) given orally, is provided written confirmation of that consent by the person making the communication, not later than 3 business days after the receipt of the consent by that person. Also, another company named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stated it sold an alleged debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the amount of {$0.00} with a different account number, dollar amount, open dates, and account status. Now, I am also exercising my right under the FDCPA to dispute the alleged account and demand validation from you. Ill break it down very easily for you. But know this, should you fail to provide each and every thing I request from you, and dont worry, the list will be short, sweet and to the point, you will be required to cease all collection activity immediately. Notify me in writing that you indeed are ceasing and deleting all information you have furnished to any and every one of my credit reports from every single credit repository to which youve submitted this unverified and un-validated information. This is a request of PROOF OF CONTRACT to substantiate your claim. Therefore, youll need to provide me with a CERTIFIED copy of an authenticated original contract with my signature not a fraudulent application submitted on my behalf, Especially Naming XXXX XXXX XXXX as an entity entitled to enforce a commercial claim You do not conduct commerce ) against me. *Certified shall be done through the presence of a notary public, who authenticates and duly swears the copy made is in fact a copy of the original paper contract in question ( meaning the original contract from the original creditor would need be provide to the notary, and the notary would need to make the copy themselves ). You will also need to provide the following : 1. Provide a CERTIFIED copy of Authorization signed by me, naming your company as having my consent to furnish, update, verify, inquiries, add comments and/or dispute codes of any access to my personal credit report/file. 2. Provide a Certified copy of my full chain of assignment starting with the original creditor to any and every 3rd party collection company to present. 3. Provide a full accounting.
