Consumer Complaint: Upon seeing negative info on my Experian credit report by XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2023, I wrote to XXXX requesting validation of the {$530.00} they erroneously claim I owe. Because XXXX did not respond within the lawful time allowed and with no subsequent positive change with the matter, I reached out to Experian explaining that XXXX failed to validate or remove the negative info from my credit report. Since bringing these facts to Experian 's attention, the same negative info remains on my Experian credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. To this day over 30 days later I have not received a response yet. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you caused me. Consumer Complaint: This will be my 6th dispute letter sent to XXXX and Experian. As a reputable credit reporting agency, I expect that these companies would always provide accurate and reliable information to financial institutions and other organizations that rely on their services. Unfortunately, my experience with these companies has fallen far short of this expectation. As mentioned in my previous letters, Trade : XXXX XXXX XXXX with an Account Number XXXX, has long been deleted in XXXX on XX/XX/2023. ( see attached file for XXXX previous feedback ) In addition, I would like to bring to EXPERIAN 's attention the inaccuracies in my credit report regarding my Date of Birth and Previous Address. Despite providing my drivers license for verification, it seems the information has not been appropriately updated. These inaccuracies in reporting this account are concerning, and because of these unfair practices and mishaps, I demand that the above-mentioned account be promptly deleted from my credit history due to these errors and oversights.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX is reporting a collection/chargeoff to the credit reporitng. XXXX is reporting the high credit limit as XXXX. Experian is reporting XXXX XXXX is reporting XXXX. Furthermore XXXX is reporting that the date of last payment is XXXX, however they have continued to report a payment history for XXXX and XXXX it is a violation for a chargeoff to continue to report a payment history. Additionally, XXXX is reporting the date of last activity as XX/XX/XXXX. Experian is reporting XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX is reporting XX/XX/XXXX. Even with all these inconsistencies, each company continues to respond that the account has been verified as reporting accurately. These inconsistencies prove that no reasonable or proper investigation has occurred. I have been disputing these accounts for a year. FCRA section 616 for civil liability for willful non compliance, ( 15 U.S.C section 1681nh states that any person who fails to willfully comply with any requirement imposed under this title with respect to any consumer is liable to that consumer in an amount equal to the sum of A- any actual damage sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or damage of not less than {$100.00} and not more than {$1000.00}. i have suffered damages to my credit profile which has impacted my financial wellbeing. I would like to be compensated by these bureaus in the sum of more than {$100.00} and not more than {$1000.00} for their negligence in causing these violations and damages to my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I am submitting a formal complaint against XXXX, expressing significant concerns about potential privacy law violations, particularly the insufficient disclosure of opt-out rights. As a responsible consumer, I expect credit bureaus like XXXX to uphold transparency, fairness, and compliance with regulations. Recent observations raise serious concerns, warranting a thorough investigation into XXXX XXXX practices. My primary concern is the apparent lack of disclosure regarding consumers ' right to opt out of information sharing, a crucial aspect of privacy. Section 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) mandates clear explanations, but XXXX may not effectively communicate this information. The absence of opt-out information, a right under 12 CFR 1016.7, is troubling, hindering informed decisions and raising compliance questions. Beyond opt-out disclosures, concerns extend to potential Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 USC 1681 ) violations. Section 602a emphasizes fairness, impartiality, and respect for consumer privacy, areas where XXXX may lack full compliance. The apparent lack of information on opt-out options may signal broader insufficient privacy disclosures. Section 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) prohibits certain adverse information disclosure without proper authorization, necessitating clear privacy disclosures under The Privacy Act of 1974. Notably, under 15 USC 6805, the privacy notice reveals involvement with third-party companies, implying potential Privacy Act and terms and conditions violations. 16 CFR Part 313 and 16 CFR 433.2 outline requirements for privacy practice information. Emphasizing 5 USC 522a in relation to identity theft, protecting personal information is vital, and any false use of identity, as suspected with XXXX, contravenes the law. Additional concerns involve potential FCRA Sec 603 ( d ) ( 2 ) ( a ) ( I ) violations, as it prohibits having a consumer report containing solely transactional information. Such violations breach consumer trust and ignore fundamental principles of consumer protection. Lastly, 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A underscores the importance of furnishing accurate information to consumer reporting agencies, a responsibility that must be upheld. In light of these concerns, I urgently request a thorough Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigation into XXXX 's practices. I implore the Bureau to address opt-out and privacy disclosures, considering relevant laws, and ensure compliance with privacy laws and consumer protection statutes. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will take necessary steps to safeguard consumer rights. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. Consumer Complaint: I don't understand why it took Experian and XXXX so long to investigate and applied the necessary solution to these accounts. XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX have them deleted back in XX/XX/2023. Confirmed that these accounts were incorrectly and inaccurately reported. As a consumer, I understand that under the FCRA law, they have clearly emphasized that Consumer Reporting Agencies should have an automated system in place for furnishers of the information to communicate the inaccurate and incomplete information with other consumer reporting agencies ESPECIALLY if the accounts are reporting the same information. Moreover, FCRA also stated that once a furnisher deems an account to be inaccurate or incomplete they must relay/communicate the information with all consumer reporting agencies that they are furnishing the information to. It's very upsetting that Experian and XXXX are not taking this law seriously and are not doing their due diligence of practicing fair and impartial resolution.
