Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that i had XXXX late payments on an account that i was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of XXXX. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. These include discrepancies between the purchase price and the billed amount, charges for undelivered products or services, mathematical errors, and entries requiring further clarification. Consumer Complaint: Approaching the XXXX mark from my anticipated monthly credit report update, I am becoming increasingly apprehensive about the prospect of Experian, XXXX, and XXXX taking lawful measures to rectify the errors present in my credit reports. Despite my persistent efforts to address this matter from its inception until the present moment, there have been no discernible changes in the items I specifically requested for removal. It is imperative to reiterate that, in accordance with FCRA Section 605B ( a ), Credit Reporting Agencies are mandated to expeditiously remove any items identified by the consumer as resulting from alleged identity theft, no later than 4 business days after the date of receipt.
