Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Phone number XXXX Dear Experian, I am reaching out to address an issue and seek clarity regarding the accessibility of my credit report. As per the guidelines set out in the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I am aware that credit reporting agencies are required to furnish consumers with their credit reports upon request. After requesting my credit report from XXXX, I received the information promptly. However, when I made a similar request to Experian, I faced obstacles in obtaining my credit report. This situation has left me perplexed and worried, as I firmly believe that all credit reporting agencies are bound to comply with federal laws pertaining to consumer rights and fair credit practices. I kindly ask that you look into my case and provide an explanation for why my credit report has not been made available to me, as mandated by the FCRA. Furthermore, I would be grateful if you could clarify any specific reasons or procedures that may be impacting my ability to access this information through Experian. Accurate and current credit information is important to me, and I believe that transparency on this matter is vital for consumers like myself. Your prompt attention to this issue is highly appreciated. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: XXXX erroneously reported to Experian that I failed to pay a debt timely. This resulted in my credit score dropping from XXXX to XXXX. I have submitted several notices of dispute imploring Experian to do a proper investigation, which they haven't done. Further, now my Experian report reads that the debt was settled for less than the full amount. This is untrue. Despite filing XXXX additional disputes, Experian hasn't corrected their error. ( As soon as I learned of the {$100.00} outstanding balance, I called XXXX and asked why they didn't simply charge the credit card on file -- no answer was given. I directed them to do so, and the debt was paid in full TIMELY. The account is still active. )

Consumer Complaint: I recently pulled a copy of my credit report in XXXX and notice 2 accounts I have knowledge of or affiliation with. Those 2 creditors are XXXX and XXXX XXXX. In XXXX my information was compromised by my tax preparer as the company was relocation. I was advised files were missing that included my personal information. I reached out to the CRAs ( Experian, XXXX, XXXX ) to have my profile temporary frozen. In XXXX I contacted the CRAs again to report the 2 fraudulent accounts I've never applied for, requested verification and for them to be removed. I checked again XXXX and accounts are still being reported. Reporting accounts due to identity theft violates 15 USC 1681 c-2. I also noticed someone attempting to access lines of credit because I now have credit inquiries from XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. I have not authorized these transactions nor given any written consent for this information to be furnished to my report, which is in violation of 15 USC 1681B I am also requesting that my address is updated and also previous addresses not affiliated with are removed

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I am contacting you in hopes to successfully dispute an account since I have already reached out to the collection agency on XX/XX/. I mailed them a letter requesting validation of the collection. They responded by mailing a letter telling me that the collection was verified without any documents with my signature or any other further evidence. However, I need to have this removed because it violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by using misleading representations and unfair and deceptive practices in the attempted collection of a debt.
