Consumer Complaint: I've observed several deviations from mandatory reporting standards, which raises concerns about the accuracy and completeness of the data in my report. Consequently, I reject the allegations against me and challenge you to provide evidence that justifies reporting this incomplete negative information on my credit report. In accordance with 15 U.S.C 1681e, consumer reporting agencies must follow reasonable procedures to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of information in consumer reports. Additionally, 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) mandates furnishers to provide information about consumer accounts with integrity and accuracy. It also requires them to conduct reasonable investigations of consumer disputes, following Metro 2 compliance standards outlined in the CRRG. Deviation from these standards jeopardizes the integrity of the data, as emphasized in the CRRG. Any errors in reporting can compromise the accuracy of federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am exercising my rights to challenge these inaccuracies and non-compliant items. Ignoring my request would indicate a disregard for my consumer rights. It is unjust for you to report unconfirmed and potentially unethical information that does not meet certified reporting standards. I am disputing these claims and demanding proof of proper reporting standards. Your actions are a violation of my rights, as outlined in this document. The incomplete and non-compliant nature of the report does not meet legal standards. I insist that you certify all aspects of required FCRA/Metro 2 compliance truthfully, correctly, and in a timely manner. Failure to do so may lead me to escalate these issues to the CFPB, FTC, and my Attorney General.

Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: My original car lender was XXXX XXXX XXXX on a new car XXXX. This car was traded for another new vehicle with XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I made several calls to XXXX informing my orig car loan is in the process of being paid off by XXXX XXXX in TX, ph ( XXXX ) XXXX, in the XXXX from the docs {$17000.00} and as of XX/XX/XXXX, I was no longer in possession of this vehicle due to the trade towards a diff car. Advised, dealer states its on the way be patient due to the Holidays ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX ) which I stressed and wanted notation on account. XXXX XXXX received and OR posted the payment which was for more {$17000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX IN FULL in their system BUT XXXX reported this account as late past due {$430.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. I upload copies of my GLS online account which I believe was not used in the dispute investigation of the bureaus. I received, investigation completed, see results rather quickly and if you would like the dates I submitted and dates I received, your disputed is completedI will supply them. I verbal spoke to XXXX and the Expedited Manager XXXX at XXXX XXXX who BOTH on 5th verified account paid in full, check received and posted XX/XX/XXXX. I also asked if they would reconsider removing the negative item of past due since the account was paid in full but due to holidays it was paid and posted on XX/XX/XXXX. As well as I had been in contact with XXXX on status of receipt of check to payoff prior to posting. XXXX stated it was out of his hands, nothing he could do. Who is the NEW lender and was I trying to purchase a home? I answered the new lender is XXXX XXXX and yes I am in the process of homeownership. After answering both, XXXX still could not do anything so I really dont know but WHY ASKED in the 1st place! Regardless, I disputed all 3 credit bureaus with proof of payment posted to my XXXX XXXX account received and posted with statement reflect Acct # XXXX ( PAID OFF ) Maturity date XX/XX/XXXX and a copy of my online account reflect date of payment posted XX/XX/XXXXXXXX {$17000.00}, Paid in Full. All 3 bureaus return investigation of dispute complete. All three XXXX, Experian and XXXX returned the dispute stating basically the same thing ; Investigation results-Verified AS reporting ACCURATE and UPDATED. My question would be how can you make a negative statement which is incorrectly reporting and contributing to a decreased score across all 3 bureaus as high of a drop of OVER 110 points and it shows I have 2 car loans which is incorrect as well and increase my debit ratio when the check has already posted BUT not reporting correctly to bureaus. I even received a letter from XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXXXXXX re : car, model, year and VIN, notifying me that XXXX XXXX XXXX has provided the appropriate party with a release of interest document as required by state. If thats case how can they still be reporting a balance due with past due to all 3 bureaus and reflecting incorrect debt ratio as if I have 2 car loans? Im a SSDI recipient with one check monthly. I dont even make that much to pay 2 car loans on my own. Is this a retaliation method of not being able to get the full interest on the original car loan I used to trade? This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified immediately! This cant be Fair Credit Reporting, you think?

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.
