Consumer Complaint: I filed a dispute for incorrect information on my credit report. I received an email from the credit bureau stating that they are assuming the disputes are coming from a 3rd party. They in fact did not come from a 3rd party. l even called them to verify it was me and they still refused to process my disputes. I wasted money on mailing my disputes out. I sent personal information to verify my identity through mail, just for them to not thoroughly investigate.

Consumer Complaint: I called Experian XX/XX/17 at XXXX. I asked for nonmailable addresses on my credit report to be removed which includes XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, KY XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX XXXX The representative told me that they have to keep those addresses on my report. I asked her where in the law says that Experian can keep nonmailable addresses on my report? She told me that it's just policy. I asked her to transfer me to a supervisor. The supervisor repeats what the first representative stated and hung up the phone without any further questions or concerns. None of the representatives began the call with " this call is being recorded for quality assurance ''. I called again XX/XX/17 at XXXX. I asked again for nonmailable addresses on my credit report to be removed which includes XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, KY XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX XXXX The representative said that he removed the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX address. He also stated that he will not remove XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, KY XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, TX XXXX. Acccording to 15 USC 1681 section ( b ) it states that " ... ... .consumer reporting agencies adopt reasonable procedures for meeting the needs of commerce for consumer credit, personnel, insurance, and other information in a manner which is fair and equitable to the consumer, with regard to the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of such information in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter. '' Experian is not reporting accurate and relevant information on my report which violates my rights as a consumer.
