Consumer Complaint: I have called Experian and XXXX XXXX to dispute the late payments on file as they are inaccurate. I have mailed out letters trying to dispute this inaccurate information as it is holding me back when it comes to purchasing major items. Experian keeps telling me that the information provided by XXXX XXXX is correct and has not shown me proof. I have submitted proof of payment and still to no avail they have not removed it from my credit profile. I am trying to purchase property and this is really hindering me from doing so I am asking CFPB to look into this and I will also be providing you proof of payment.

Consumer Complaint: I wrote a letter on XX/XX/2023, inquiring about both known and unknown information on my credit report. I still haven't gotten an answer even after more than 60 days have passed. I feel as though my disagreements are being disregarded and exploited. According to Section 611A, if these issues are not investigated within 30 days, that is a valid cause to have them removed off my credit report right away. They ought to be removed right now because it has been more than 60 days. I demand that these things be taken down right now, or I'll file litigation for the stress you put me under. The XXXX data leak also affected my information, which might have ended up in the wrong hands.
