Consumer Complaint: A criminal stole my social security number and name and used this information to open an account with XXXX XXXX Texas linked to an address in TX that has nothing to do with me : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX. The fraudsters failed to pay the bill, and XXXX XXXX Texas turned it over to a collection agency : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Then, the fraudulent account was reported to all three credit bureaus and my credit score took a huge dive : from XXXX to XXXX. I have never lived in TX and this account should have never been opened in the first place. XXXX XXXX Texas opened an account in my name and acted in a reckless and negligent manner as described below : XXXX ) A fraudulent account was opened in my name without verifying that the consumer was, indeed, me. XXXX ) I have emailed the company and contacted on XXXX and have received no response. XXXX ) A fraudulent account in my name was sent to collections. XXXX ) A fraudulent account in my name was reported to all three credit bureaus. XXXX ) My credit score went from XXXX to XXXX as a result of the company 's negligent and reckless behavior, further victimizing me. XXXX ) The company 's negligent and reckless behavior has resulted in me wasting invaluable time in trying to dispute the fraudulent charge. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Texas did not even notice that there's a fraud alert on my credit report because I am a prior victim of identity theft and fraud. XXXX XXXX Texas should be investigated for failing to follow basic protocols to ensure that no accounts are opened without proper identity verification. But this nightmare does not end with XXXX XXXX Texas 's failed policies. Credit bureaus are also at fault for failing to protect consumers and continue to add fraudulent charges to my credit report despite me having an active freeze and fa raud alert since around XX/XX/2022. I am a victim of identity theft. And I am tired of having to waste time with these companies ' negligent and ineffective anti-fraud policies. When it comes to my latest dispute, the biggest nightmare so far involves dealing with EXPERIAN. The company website has blocked my IP, prevented me from uploading documents showing that I do not live in TX and phone calls to their customer service number get cut off all the time. Their customer service via XXXX has been an absolute travesty and disgrace. XXXX " XXXX '' has been extremely unpleasant to deal with and notably ineffective. This bot/AI/human should be immediately fired. I demand that EXPERIAN write off this debt as fraudulent and never again adds a fraudulent charge to my account without contacting me first to verify my address ( there's a fraud alert on my report for a reason ). I also demand that EXPERIAN delete all TX addresses where I have never lived. I also demand that EXPERIAN 's " XXXX '' bot/AI tool be immediately fired for providing a horrible customer experience. I received an email from the credit bureau stating that they are assuming the disputes are coming from a 3rd party. They in fact did not come from a 3rd party. l even called them to verify it was me and they still refused to process my disputes. I wasted money on mailing my disputes out. I sent personal information to verify my identity through mail, just for them to not thoroughly investigate.

Consumer Complaint: Experian is illegally reporting XXXX Negative Accounts from a Company named XXXX XXXX. I have never done business with this company. Experian is in violation of FCRA XXXX05B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) which states a Credit Reporting Agency has 4 Days to Block information from my report that is a result of Identity Theft. I sent Experian an FTC Identity Theft Affidavit to report this in XXXX. Ive made several follow up calls to their XXXX XXXX to resolve the issue. Experian still hasnt removed the fraudulent accounts from my credit report. The fraud XXXX placed a Fraud Alert on my credit file but still refuse to remove the accounts. Experian is claiming the account is not eligible to be removed. When asked to provide further information as to what information they are using to validate/verify this account, the representatives insist that they can not provide me with any further details. I have a right to know what information they are using to make this determination but Experian refuses to disclose what Data/documents they have been provided. I am the victim of Identity Theft and Experian has a lawful obligation to follow the law and remove this from my credit report.

Ive never applied to open any type of account and the addresses that are listed on the inquiries do not match any that Ive lived at. Ive disputed them with XXXX XXXX, but they refused to remove them because they say that theyve been Verified accurate? I dont see how I did not authorize these and theyre obviously fraudulent. I need these inquiries removed ASAP. Ive been requesting this for months from clarity services and XXXX XXXX and I never get any response.
