Consumer Complaint: I was advised by agent ( XXXX ) on XXXX that if I made 1 installment payment before XXXX that I would avoid any late credit reporting. I paid XXXX on XXXX XXXX. The company XXXX still reported me late in both my private loans. This has caused my score to drop by XXXX points. I have called the company to resolve with management they promised they would call me back no one ever did. I would like this corrected to restore my credit back as should be. I also paid a payment on XX/XX/XXXX as well XXXX .This is negligent on the part of XXXX XXXXthis is hurting me financially. Please have both late payments removed from my credit file .im asking that the call from XX/XX/XXXX be reviewed.

Consumer Complaint: Despite my previous 4 written requests, the unverified items listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. They stated in their responses to my 4 dispute letters that they have verified that the items listed are accurate but they failed to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify these accounts as per my request. The fact that they have ignored my request to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify the disputed accounts is evidence that they can not and did not verify any of the disputed accounts like they said they did. Their failure to delete the disputed accounts that they can not verify after two written requests is also evidence of their willful disregard of Federal Law.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed the error in my Experian credit report and despite providing evidence that the debt was previously settled, Experian is still not correcting the error. Section 611b of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) entitles me to add a statement ( 100 words or less ) to my file giving my version of the dispute so I demand that Experian add this to my file under the erroneous information.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your attention serious concerns regarding inaccuracies in my credit report, as reported by XXXX, XXXX, and Experian. It has come to my attention that these credit reporting agencies are in violation of 15 USC 1681 and 15 USC 1666b by incorrectly reporting late payments from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX on my credit profile. Additionally, there is an entry from XXXX XXXX that does not belong to me, and I am requesting its immediate removal from my credit report. I believe this inaccurate information is not only damaging to my creditworthiness but also a clear violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Furthermore, I request the removal of any inquiries that are not attached to open accounts. My personal information was compromised in the XXXX data breach, and as a result, I am concerned about the potential misuse of my credit information. Removing unauthorized inquiries will help protect my credit profile from any further harm. I have previously written to XXXX regarding certain discrepancies in my credit report, and to date, I have not received any response. As per the FCRA, it is my understanding that prompt attention and resolution are required in such matters. I request that XXXX address and rectify the issues raised in my communication promptly and ensure the necessary corrections are made to my credit report. I kindly request the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to investigate these matters thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with the relevant statutes. The inaccurate reporting by these credit bureaus, the inclusion of unauthorized inquiries, and the lack of response from XXXX have adversely affected my financial standing, and I am seeking resolution to rectify these issues promptly. Enclosed with this letter, please find copies of the relevant sections of my credit reports highlighting the inaccuracies and unauthorized inquiries in question.
