Consumer Complaint: I have been disputing debt accounts through Experian for several years and for the past year or so there seems to be some re-aging of my accounts with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX which were credit cards that I couldnt pay off due to loss of employment and a natural disaster during that time. I requested both reasons in a dispute and to no avail. Since this time 7 yrs has passed and the accounts still have not disappeared from my credit report after several disputes. I also have a debt on my report from XXXX XXXX which was a line of credit that I lapsed on due to the same factors. This account is older than 7 years and experian refuses to remove from my credit report after several recent disputes. I was financing a TV from a business known as XXXX. They sale electronics and furniture. They are categorized as a personal loan on my credit account, maybe Im misinformed but I was unaware that it was a loan. This account also became deliquent around the same time as the above mentioned due to loss of employment, XX/XX/2017, and a natural disaster that XXXX XXXX encountered in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I again have made several attempts over the years to get these items removed or resolved but to no avail. Experian has made little effort to explain why they have made no attempts to make the appropriate corrections or removals. I have suffered lots of denials and many setbacks due to my credit account. Every time I work on my credit nothing much happens. The derogatory credit accounts remain and my score drops and other creditors appear that were not there the last I checked my report. Its frustrating and I could appreciate a little help to make this company follow the laws set forth to protect us consumers. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
