Consumer Complaint: I submitted a complaint referring to the fact that per the FCRA 15 usc 1681a a consumer report does not contain transaction history. This stands to mean that this complaint has nothing to do with the company sending the report to any of the agencies, but today i received an email from XXXX XXXXXXXX saying that they received my dispute from equifax. This also stands to mean that instead of equifax resolving the issue on their end, as they should be willing to do per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, they are opting to try and push the responsibility to the companies I referred to in my initial complaint. Below i will attach my initial complaint along with the screenshot of the email i received from XXXX XXXX
