My voice was impersonated along with my computer being stolen and this same person opened up other credit cards along with other loans. This has impacted me greatly in terms of getting employment, a vehicle and an apartment as I have been homeless for a year. I just want this to be over with so that I can move on with my life and this problem has caused me great mental anguish.

Equifax continues to report the Fraudulent Account, XXXX XXXX XXXX ending i XXXX, on my Equifax Profile despite XXXX XXXX XXXX sending a `` flag '' to remove XXXX XXXX XXXX from my Equifax profile on XX/XX/2023. To Date, according to XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Fraud Department the flag to remove the account from my Equifax profile has been sent to Equifax 5 times as of today, XX/XX/2023. In addition, Equifax had confirmed they received the FTC Identity Theft Affidavit concerning the Fraudulent Account of XXXX XXXX XXXX ending in XXXX on XX/XX/2023 an the letter I sent to Equifax from XXXX XXXX XXXX removing the Fraudulent Account ending in XXXX from all 3 Credit Bureaus. Again, 5 times? Thest people are XXXX! That or XXXX. I want this account removed IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Or I will take legal action against Equifax not only to have it removed but also for damages.

The unverifiable and incomplete items listed below remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. You are required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is mine and is correct. In the results of your first investigation, you stated in writing that you verified that these items are being reported correctly? Who verified these accounts?
