Consumer Complaint: I, a Federally protected Consumer, have contacted the companies and credit reporting agencies several times via USPS mail in regard to reporting inaccurate information on my consumer reports to no avail. These inaccurate inquiries are effecting my Rights and lending power. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 inaccuracies should be removed after an investigation of at least 30 days, I have contacted these companies including the credit reporting agencies starting in XX/XX/XXXX and there are still reporting inaccurate information on my report. I have even opted out which is my right to do so according to 15 U.S.C. 6802, 16 CFR 313.1-2, and The Privacy Act of 1974. There are still several addresses on my report and there is only one address that is deliverable to me by the USPS this needs to be resolved immediately.

Consumer Complaint: Equifax lists XXXX XXXX as the source of verifying a XXXX XXXX XXXX case # XXXX that keeps showing up on my Equifax credit report. I requested verification of this public record and Equifax claims that they verified it through XXXX XXXX. There is supposed to be a Security Freeze on my XXXX XXXX consumer file since XX/XX/2016. Equifax failed to accurately honor my request of verification of this public record by informing me that they verified through a FROZEN consumer credit report. I am attaching the results displayed of the so-called investigation of Equifax 's XXXX and a copy of my XXXX consumer file that shows the date of a security freeze that I placed on my file in XXXX of 2016 to avoid further fraudulent activity in my name. My XXXX XXXX consumer report is supposed to be FROZEN until I lift the freeze. I HAVE NOT LIFTED THE SECURITY FREEZE.
