But I did not authorize these investigations. As these queries are negatively impacting my ability to obtain credit and apply for loans, kindly have them erased from my credit report. Additionally, send me any supporting documents you may have for this request. Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: I withhold my consent for electronic communication and explicitly request that all responses be conveyed in written form through the United States Postal Service ( USPS ). I am the primary complainant in this matter, and I hereby grant full authority to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) to thoroughly investigate and address this claim. I am disgusted with your lack of action regarding the invalid accounts on my credit report. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, you continue to ignore my requests and maintain inaccurate and unverified information on my report. I find it unacceptable that you have verified the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Open Date XX/XX/XXXX Balance : {$0.00} and XXXX XXXX Open Date XX/XX/XXXX Balance : {$5200.00} accounts while the other bureaus have already removed them from their records. It is clear that this information is inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete, and unverifiable. I demand that you take immediate action to delete these accounts from my credit report, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to do so will result in legal action against you.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to formally express my concern about the inaccurate and incomplete credit information currently reported by your bureau. It has come to my attention that the information listed below is part of my credit profile, and I believe there have been lapses in maintaining reasonable procedures to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of the credit reports you publish. Credit reporting laws mandate that bureaus report only 100 % accurate credit information, necessitating stringent measures to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of reported information. Therefore, I am requesting proof of the alleged item, including the contract, note, or any other instrument bearing my signature. In the absence of such evidence, I request the prompt removal of the item from my credit report : XXXX XXXX XXXX. The accuracy and completeness of the listed item are seriously questionable. Furthermore, I wish to bring to your attention that other bureaus have already removed these accounts from their records, having identified and rectified errors. I am perplexed about how your bureau has verified this information while others have successfully corrected their records. Consequently, I insist on the removal of these items from my credit file, as they are inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete, or unverifiable.
