XXXX, 2016, Filed at XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX was told the Court Never releases XXXX information to the public, nor does it report to CRAs. I was personally told by the Court that the only way such information is obtained is through the Public Access to Court Electronic Records ( PACER.gov ), which is a free service and provides the public with access to court records. Consumer violations are : 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( 4 ) : Congressional Findings, and 15 U.S.C. 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) Information excluded from consumer reports, and no CRA may include any other adverse item of information to anyone. I have the right to privacy and These CRAs are violating my right to privacy. I have never given these CRAs consent or permission to give my information to anyone, which is a violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681b - Permissible purposes. Consumer Complaint: I withhold my consent for electronic communication and explicitly request that all responses be conveyed in written form through the United States Postal Service ( USPS ). I am the primary complainant in this matter, and I hereby grant full authority to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) to thoroughly investigate and address this claim. I am disgusted with your lack of action regarding the invalid accounts on my credit report. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, you continue to ignore my requests and maintain inaccurate and unverified information on my report. It has come to my attention that the information listed below is part of my credit profile, and I believe there have been lapses in maintaining reasonable procedures to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of the credit reports you publish. Credit reporting laws mandate that bureaus report only 100 % accurate credit information, necessitating stringent measures to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of reported information. Therefore, I am requesting proof of the alleged item, including the contract, note, or any other instrument bearing my signature. In the absence of such evidence, I request the prompt removal of the item from my credit report : XXXX XXXX XXXX. The accuracy and completeness of the listed item are seriously questionable.
