Consumer Complaint: The Declaration of Independence : Under the authority of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) as provided by 12 CFR 1026.23 ( d ) ( 2 ) - Right of Rescission, I, XXXX XXXX, hereby invoke my right to dispute and request the rescission of credit transactions reported by XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. These disputed transactions are subject to rescission because they were not authorized by me, hence violating the principles set forth in the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ), as implemented by the CFPB 's Regulation Z ( 12 CFR 1026 ). In accordance with 12 CFR 1026.23 ( d ) ( 2 ), a consumer 's right of rescission renders any security interest void upon exercise of this right. Therefore, I am not liable for any charges or debts purportedly incurred under these disputed transactions [ 1 ]. Furthermore, Regulation Z ( 12 CFR 1026.15 ) stipulates the procedure for exercising the right to rescind, which includes notification to the creditor via mail, telegram, or other written communication [ 2 ]. Accordingly, this letter serves as formal notification of my intention to rescind these transactions. Please explain to me how, in both cases, it is undeniable that they were handled exactly the same, both closed and written off in the exact same way. Yet, one was deleted from my credit report but then put back on, while the other stayed on my credit report. How and what makes one be completely removed and the other remain for 7 years? I have disputed them in the same manner, being that they are the same : 'closed/written off ' without my signature or a record of the advancement being taken on my accounts. Yet, one is removed and the other is not. Is this what your company considers fair, equal findings? What makes one different from the other? It's not fair, clearly placing me in harm 's way and intentionally harming my well-being. Also, I ask why you take the accounts off then put them back on with different dates and different prices? My person and my rights are being violated by the two described parties, as well as this reporting company, by the Constitution of the United States of America.

Subject : Formal Dispute and Complaint Regarding Equifax Credit Report Dear Equifax Dispute Resolution Team, I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern regarding inaccuracies in my Equifax credit report. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I have identified fraudulent reporting of creditors and accounts that are not associated with me. I would like to emphasize that I do not own a business, have never entered into joint accounts with anyone, and have not authorized the opening of any accounts in my name. On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) under complaint number # XXXX. Additionally, on the same day, complaints were lodged with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) regarding Equifax 's false reporting of XXXX XXXX. Regrettably, as of XX/XX/XXXX, my disputes remain unresolved, and Equifax has neither responded to nor acknowledged my complaints. The accounts listed below are erroneously reported on my Equifax credit report and should be promptly removed : XXXX XXXX XXXX : ** - Account Number : XXXX - Account Number : XXXX To substantiate my claims, I have attached a copy of the quick results generated by Equifax , indicating that the dispute was completed between XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. My name is trademarked and copyrighted, a UCC Financing Statement has been filed with the state of Florida. My status has been put on the record that I am not a U.S. citizen and have never consent to anyone using my information. I AM NOT A TAXPAYER. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 15 U.S.C Section 604 A Section 2. Consumer Complaint: I have been a victim of inaccurate reporting, and it is disheartening to see that my efforts to correct this discrepancy have not yielded the desired results. I have previously submitted dispute letters and followed the appropriate procedures outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). However, despite my diligent efforts, the inaccurate late payments persist on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Those payments were made on time. I am requesting that the late payment markings be updated to reflect my accurate payment history. I would like to bring to your attention that other credit reporting agency have already taken corrective action in response to my disputes and have removed the disputed late payments from their reporting. I am left perplexed as to why your bureau has not followed suit.
