Consumer Complaint: I have been fighting with this company for a year trying to resolve this matter, Last I have sent a letter and email to the CEO of the company to resolve this issue! Its a big clear mistake thats a violation of the law : 15 Us Code 1666b Timing of Payments I will include in my proof in my images below! This is a big violation and against the law this is not fare at all for them to continue to do this just because they are big company and im just one person I Can not get this resolve and I have 100 % CLEAR proof of the company 's big mistake but they wont resolve it and update my account as paid on time! And remove the inaccurate remark of my auto being late as I have never been late on anything in my life with none of my accounts!

Consumer Complaint: Equifax did not finish Updating my Payment History to PAANL as requested, Prior to Closing my dispute. Equifax is also reporting other inaccurate information on my consumer report, such as balances on closed accounts, inaccurate dates, negative remarks ... Late payments should not be on credit reports. Another violation on my consumer report are Late Payments- 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) : Definitions ; Rules of Construction. 2 : Exclusions. Transactions are not included in the consumer report/ consumer file. Delete these Late Payments and Update my Payment History to PAANL. Accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. 15 U.S.C 1666b States that a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under n open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Also, Equifax has violated 15 U.S.C. 1666 ( b ) ( 4 ) Billing errors : States that a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. It is also against the law for Equifax to make any consumer report containing any adverse item of information XXXX 15 U.S.C. 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ). Finish Deleting these Late Payments and Updating my Payment History to PAANL status.
