Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management keeps calling trying to collect a debt that is not mine. It is affecting my credit. I have asked them to validate this account, well over 30 days, and they have not done so yet. On my credit report, they state that this account was opened on XX/XX/2023. I have not opened ANY accounts in a very long time. I have asked them to send me paperwork with my signature and everything else that they have proving that this is my debt and they couldnt do it, but yet, they keep calling me.

Consumer Complaint: I have been monitoring my credit report closely in attempts to better my financial situation. I noticed a NEW account that states it was Opened in XX/XX/2023. The company Midland Management is reporting an old account that to the best of my knowledge was closed as I attempted to make payments on this account over a year ago and the website ( XXXX ) stated my account was closed. I do not recall receiving any information regarding this account since then. I assumed the account was closed. They have recently added this as a collection with no notice. I have attempted to dispute this with the credit reporting agencies. I believe they are trying to RE-age this debt. Also I believe the total amount is incorrect.

Consumer Complaint: I did not open the credit card from XXXX XXXX XXXX, the debt collector is after me because they think that i opened and used this credit card but I haven't. they were a result of identity theft and I wasn't aware of this until I accessed my credit report. i was outside the country when the credit card was used. I filed a police report and brought the issue to court but the suspect comitted perjury, lied to the judge by using empathy and denied all 10 credit cards that he opened under my name and made a promise to repay those credit cards.

However, I paid {$1000.00} every two weeks and had it completely paid off in 2 months!!!!! Now the same collection agency is saying I owe an additional {$150.00} " in accrued fees. '' All fees, Court Cost, Interest were already a part of the total {$4400.00} Ordered by the Court. Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management has called me several times a day for weeks now. They have definitely called more than seven times in a week. They have sent an email threatening to sue me if I did not respond immediately. I have XXXX and other XXXX covered by the XXXX and I am struggling to get back on my feet. My only income is from government assistance at the moment. I am undergoing psychiatric treatment and training to reenter the work force. The repeated calls from various numbers are having a negative impact on my medical conditions. I have records of all their calls on my phone and can prove that they have violated the law by calling me more than 7 times a week. I would like to seek a copy of their records of all phone calls and communications they have sent to me and I want them to cease and desist harassing me for a debt I do not have the capacity to pay. Furthermore I may seek damages against them if they continue to deliberately harass me and aggravate my medical conditions. Please help me.
