I asked if they were a process server and if so, that's not what process servers do. I repeatedly asked her not to call me and end the calls. Consumer Complaint: XXXX Midland Credit Management is being inappropriate and unfair to me. They have refused to verify debt. THEY Claimed that they were going to sue me and constantly contact family members. I have asked them for required information on who they are and what's this debt all about and for the record I had no issue with setting up payment agreement. I sent them a certified letter return reciept. But there representatives have made mockery of my financial situation. Also they said they don't have to explain anything. They told me they have copies of all my credit reports and social security number and that it's already been given to a lawyer and I am in Big trouble now. They have yet to tell me I owe this particular debt and I just ask them to identify what's going on and they say pay now and save myself before it's to late. I asked them to stop contacting me cease and desist until they can be professional and they still contacted me.

Its implying that I have something in collections by a company named of Midland Credit Management. I have no idea of what it is and why it is on my report. I was made aware of this information on XX/XX/2023 and I do not need anything affecting my credit while making any worse than what it already is. I have absolutely no knowledge of who this company is by the name of Midland Credit Management at all. I want proof of who this company is and not some random bill that can be from anywhere due to fraud, which I have been a victim of before. I have never received anything from this company nor do I know who they are.
