Consumer Complaint: I tried to correct payment with a credit card company belive it was XXXX. They couldn't retrieve or find an account they keep transferring me to different departments only to be told the same thing. Theirs a charge showing on collections for this charge. This charge keeps hurting my credit when i tried to straighten out. They should pull this charge from my account since they cant locate one never should have been sent to collections.

It was this high pay period that was use to collect when in fact I average {$200.00} less. I have contacted the company on various occasions about the accounts in question, and the company has failed to respond within liable time ( 30-45 days ). Also, the company has not provided the original contract and information on validating this information. I am requesting that the account be removed and deleted from my credit report immediately. I have sent letters to all 3 credit bureaus and validation letters on the following days. XXXX XXXX 2021. The letters has been sent to XXXX XXXX and XXXX. To date no documentation has been provided. The company has failed to comply with the request for validation. By Law they have to remove these items.

I have used only One name ( first middle last ) in my hole life but every few years some debt collector and credit Bureaus Add some different name ( someone else which I don't know ), address, phone number to my Credit Reports. Last 15/20 years whenever Credit Bureaus adds Someone's name in my credit report, my credit scores go down and my credit card APR go High. sometimes 29.99 %. when APR is 29.99 % every month my 6/7 credit cards charge me almost {$500.00} every month, sometimes more then {$500.00} every month. I'm a low Income person and If I'm paying {$500.00} Interest every month, how I will get out from my credit cards? Today XX/XX/XXXX XXXX in my credit report have four different names include my name and seven different phone number which is not mine. Last 2/3 years I'm having a lot of financial problem and I'm in Pandemic Unemployment since XX/XX/XXXX till now. I do have four people in my family and I know that, Million Million peoples are Struggling in this pandemic. So, please help me to have only my name in my credit report. Thank you
