I did not apply for any type of credit card at a different address living in XXXX XXXX XXXX son has stolen my social security card and identification and used in credit card fraud. While applying for a home loan I still have several things showing up on my credit that is fraud and shouldnt be there. The credit repair people have contacted them many times disputing the charges on my credit file. They can't prove it was me because it wasnt me that did this. I need help getting these credit issues resolved. I have been dealing with this for years and need someone else to step in and help me get these accounts removed. Consumer Complaint: My cards were stolen as I dropped them out of my wallet in gas station I called XXXX right away when I noticed they were gone after going to gas station to see if someone turned them in I talked to XXXX and they said they were closing the card out and sending me a new one. When I didnt get a new one I called XXXX and was talking to a lady on phone and she said they never closed out my card and someone used over a XXXX dollars on said card since my initial call to them about card being stolen due to me dropping them out of my wallet I did what I was supposed to do and reported it to all companies and I just received a letter saying I still owe XXXX dollars and they are taking my money out of my bank apparently they took the other money out of my taxes which is what I just learned why they garnished them.
