Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management , IncXXXX - have sent notices and violated privacy in having the information unsecured delivery and exposure of credit information. Company already contacted as mail was found about the neighborhood. Additionally, credit report from XXXX does not have this purchased debt but illegal means of collection is being employed with threats noting PRE-Legal NOTIFICALTION mailings. This is a continued practice of this company for which they have been fined in the past. The mailings with respond by dates are mailed with little time frame for responses and yet they seek un-substantiated claims within the courts according to notices thrown about people 's property. NOTICE Dated XX/XX/XXXXXXXX was not discovered until XX/XX/XXXXXXXX with response date to pay by XX/XX/XXXX. Paid pennies on the dollar but want to impose unsubstantiated claims of debts via harassment methods. Calls and unsecured time sensitive mailings left to blow about people 's neighborhoods. Deliberate delays to take illegal legal actions.

Consumer Complaint: This was from credit theft. Tried to fix with the company and they still sued me. I never got the notice to appear in court. I got notification from my employer that I was getting my wages garnished. I was sued for {$1400.00} approximately. I got notified that it has been paid from my payroll department that is alleged debt was paid in full. I have been checking my credit report quite often and noticed that Midland Credit Management states I still owe them the amount of {$130.00}. I sent them a letter disputing this and after a month they replied back it stating its accurate. They refuse to update and delete this debt. They only sent me an itemized bill. Nothing with my signature proving it was mine.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2023 ; I took action via a credit reporting service to have older and inaccurate information on ALL my credit reports be removed. ALthough some information has been removed, unfortunately not all the information was removed and therefore is causing a halt and sometimes negative affect on my reporting. To maintain accuracy and truth to my reports, I'm taking action myself to ask for items to be removed from my account based on the laws listed below : According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) the credit bureaus have to modify or delete accounts that are not reporting accurately According to 15 USC 1681b ( 1 ) the credit bureaus dont have no written permission According to 15 USC 1681 I have the right to privacy According to 15 USC 1681s-2 A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate.

I want to know if they investigated this account. If they investigated this account, who did they speak to? I want to see the proof of investigation and proof that this is my account.
