Clearly states that I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under a open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Remove these late payment and update this account immediately as you are in direct violation of several laws under The Fair Credit Reporting Act. Furthermore, this particular company bought XXXX, who was my original credit card company who also never notified me that the company was being sold to this particular company and question. And after 13 calls in regards to this matter, the company waived all fees, but did not correct my credit profile. Prior to this incident I had an excellent credit history with the original company.

Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management XXXX XXXX, was sent 2 negotiable instruments, one was received XX/XX/XXXX and credited on the account for {$3000.00}. They ( Midland Credit Management Inc., continued to send and call stating the debt was still owed. The instrument ( a bill of exchange ) was never returned. I sent another instrument ( bill of exchange ) for {$650.00} received XX/XX/XXXX, also credited on the account. They kept the instrument and continue to state the debt is owed. They have also reported to my consumer report on XXXX, XXXX and XXXX as in collections, further harming my credit score 15 U.S. Code 1692 - Congressional findings and declaration of purpose, ( a ) Abusive practices There is abundant evidence of the use of abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices by many debt collectors. Consumer Complaint: First there is no record of my original complaint, so this is the second one to report. I have disputed my old accounts with all three credit bureaus recently. XXXX and XXXX have cleared my accounts as they were 7 years old in Texas. I can not get XXXX to do the same. I sent them the same information and documentation for the accounts that are aging. They will not delete the accounts as they say they were verified and updated. I have an old credit report stating the accounts are to be removed XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023 but they come up with a date of XXXX or XX/XX/2023. I have just sent letters to Midland Credit Management and XXXX XXXX XXXX to validate the accounts.

XXXXXXXX XXXX sold the debt to Midland Credit Management, and now they are suing me for the account i never opened or had any idea of existing. i would like this allegation to be deleted from my credit report immediately.

I have never lived in Florida. There is a Florida address being reported on my credit file but I never lived there. I have always lived in NJ and I am including my current license and a copy of a paycheck from 2019 when this XXXX account was supposedly opened showing I was employed and living in NJ during the time frame these accounts were opened. I have tried to disputed these accounts and gotten no help. I need your help to get these fraudulent accounts off of my report.
