Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to remove some fraudulent items off my credit, but all the credit bureaus are duing is calling the origianl credit to confirm the fraud with absolutely no resolutions. Discover and XXXX is reporting on my credit a credit card each with a credit limit of {$500.00}, yet my balance is {$15000.00}. How in the world can someone allow a customer to over their credit limit by {$14000.00} and try to come after me for the debt? Secondly, I have a court ordered to seal a payment balance to an apartment complex. The creditor paid has merge and have since sold the debt and now the new company is refusing to remove the debt and further, the credit bureaus are not helping even with the court odered. Lastly, I worked for a company that filed for bankgruptcy. Although I was a XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX is claiming there are not showing any bankruptcy on my info, however, XXXX and XXXX are still reporting it stating I need to have XXXX to update their profile. I feel these credit bureaus are simply a datewarehouse with no back bones. They are claiming everything is internal and that I can dispute, however, we as the consumer have to constantly wait 30 days on the same nonesense. I need CFPB to provide me an immediate response, letter of intent or rationalization for why my constituational rights for barrowing and or purchasing can be in the hands of 3 privately held company that has nothing to do with the information they are providing. Thanks.

Consumer Complaint: I have sought to have my physical mailing address removed from Discover Credit Card services. I am not a customer, nor do I every intend to be, and after receiving new credit card solicitations addressed to former owners of my current home, I called the number provided to opt-out of the unsolicited mailings. I have placed calls to Discover Credit Card XXXX and conveyed my request to be removed on XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022. During the last call on XX/XX/2022, I conveyed that we had past the 90 day time frame from my initial request to be removed and now I will be submitting a complaint to consumer financial protection bureau. The response was that each of my requests could have reset the clock for that 90 day time frame. My concern is that this request to be removed and the 90-day time frame could be reset with every request I have made. This could include the numerous different credit cards offered or call-back numbers given, and may include other services offered by Discover such as student loans ( which I stopped receiving after my XX/XX/2022 separate request to be removed ). Additionally, the mailers will use different variations of a name for the previous owners of my home. For example, XXXX XXXX versus XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. So the promotional material will likely not stop and the costs to dispose of/recycle their paper mailers is passed on to me and my household. Despite having already signed up under XXXX and numerous other websites, I still receive offers under various names and previous owners. My request is for Discover and its affiliates to remove my physical mailing address from any and all promotional materials and stop the disclosure of my mailing address to third parties, no matter what name is used/addressed.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a bed from XXXX on XX/XX/2022 using my Discover card. When I received the item on XX/XX/XXXX I noticed it was damaged and it was the wrong item. I immediately setup a return from XXXX and was given a shipping label with XXXX. The bed was picked up on XX/XX/XXXX. After the pickup I noticed I could not track the package because the tracking was not working. It was giving me an error and telling me the tracking number was not in the system. Apparently the package is now lost so because of this XXXX refuses to refund me the total amount of $ XXXX disputed with Discover because of incomplete service but it did not go in my favor. Now I lost money to XXXX and have no item to show.
