I was told that when my mother died she left a will and some property or assets to me but my living grandmother forged her will. Which once the home was sold in Florida my mother owned, things began showing up on my credit report. The mortgages and loans all occurred while I was unaware of any thing? I would like to get the information and possible rights to what property belongs to me? I have XXXX noticed my living grandmother has bought and sold multiple properties and the information. And addresses on my report all match the properties my grandmother owns lives in

Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement
Subissue: Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card
Consumer Complaint: I was charged by SONY entertainment for a renewing membership of something I no longer use. The card they used expired in 2019 and doesnt even have the correct address information. They refused to help me when I reached out. I contacted XXXX ( the financial institution of said card ) and they refused to help claiming the merchant does not need accurate up to date information to charge me. How does that make sense? How are we so backwards that a company may charge my card when the information I had originally given them clearly listed 2019 as the expiration of said card. Even on their own website it says EXPIRED in bold red letters. XXXX refused to help me as well.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: Dear XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I am writing in response to your recent correspondence regarding my dispute of the accounts ending in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. As I previously stated, these accounts were opened without my permission and have caused significant harm to my credit score and ability to obtain credit, in violation of Section 1681s-2 ( a ) of the FCRA and the CFPB 's Bulletin 2013-1. Your response did not fully address my concerns and I am disappointed to see that you believe that the account ending in XXXX belongs to me. I maintain that this account was opened without my permission and I demand that it be removed from my credit report immediately. Your confirmation that you are reporting accurate information is simply not sufficient. In accordance with the FCRA and CFPB guidelines, I am requesting that you provide me with a written statement of the results of your investigation and a copy of my corrected credit report within 30 days of receipt of this letter. I am also demanding that you remove all other accounts that were opened without my permission from my credit report immediately. I understand that you have asked the CRAs to delete some of these accounts, but I want to make it clear that I am demanding their removal as well. I want to remind you that reporting of inaccurate information is in violation of [ 15 US C 1681 section 604 A Section 2 ] [ 15 USC 1681 Section 602 ] [ 15 US code 5 1681b ] and other CFPB regulations. Your failure to comply with these regulations could result in legal action against your company. I expect a prompt response to this letter and for all accounts that were opened without my permission to be removed from my credit report immediately. Please provide me with a written confirmation of your actions and a copy of my corrected credit report. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX CFPB Codes : Bulletin 2013-1 Section 1036 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act Section 1681s-2 ( a ) of the FCRA Section 1681c of the FCRA Section 1681g of the FCRA Section 1681i of the FCRA

Consumer Complaint: Disputed XXXX XXXX firm for {$1200.00}. XXXX XXXX took my money and did not represent me in a case with XXXX XXXX. She never contacted XXXX. The attorney did not give my file back. The attorney did not return my money after she fired herself on XX/XX/XXXX. Discover Card told me to upload a letter from XXXX showing that the attorney did not contact them for representation of me. XXXX never heard of this attorney or firm. Discover Card told me to upload any emails I have from the a XXXX attorney showing XXXX XXXX did not give them receipts and invoices I gave her to give to them. I did all of the above, yet Discover Card is not doing what they said and they are being hostile toward me. I have been a good paying customer with Discover Card since 2014. I expect more from Discover and I expect respect and to be treated with dignity and honesty. I expect my credit card company aka Discover Card to believe me.

Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Deposits and withdrawals
Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2020 I opened a saving account at Discover bank, my opening deposit was a wire from my brother on a mortgage payment he owed me. The deposit was {$7700.00} everything was fine the bank allowed me to spend off about {$1100.00} of it. Then for some reason about a week later, and for reason they refuse to disclose, the account was frozen. I was told at the time that I would have to have my brother reverse the wire. Well the account balance was then much less, and the transaction had already settled. It was not possible for the wire to be reversed a week later. Then some months later they told me I would have to wait for the time frame to expire, and thus it would be given to State Unclaimed Property Division. I would be able to claim it that point. To this day Discover Bank has held my legitimate deposit and funds to no avail. I have submitted countless documents proving the funds and any other reason I could think of to satisfy this unknown issue. To this day I still get yearly interest statements and I want this resolved and my money out of there custody. They will not even talk to me about the issue and act very very strange while on the phone. Over the years I have contacted them at least a dozen times regarding this issue.

Issue: Struggling to repay your loan
Subissue: Can't get other flexible options for repaying your loan
Consumer Complaint: In 2018 my previous university basically forced to take out a private loan so they can pay the rest of my school tuition as I can remember my XXXXXXXX XXXX was not enough, at that time I was enough naive to consent and made me sign documents, within those documents I was naming a co-signer who happens to be a close friend. But because I decided to go back to graduate school I was not supposed to repay, but these people kept sending docs to this friend about this loan because I was not paying because I was in school, anyway this entity DISCOVER/Student Loans has been harassing this friend with the intention to intimidate her/me. I just finished my school and I am looking for a job to I can repay this loan, but would like to know what my rights are as I feel a co-signer should not be punished if the main borrower ( me ) can not pay. So just need some advise

Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Problem using a debit or ATM card
Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, my debit card was used at an unknown location, for which I did not recognize. The transaction for XXXX XXXX caused my account to be overdrawn by a very small amount. I immediately contacted Discover upon viewing the suspicious transaction. The agent " XXXX, '' refused to cancel my existing card to my shock and horror, and started acting in a really condescending and accusatory way telling me she refused to cancel my card until I paid them back for the fraud. Never have I ever been scammed like this for one with an obvious fake card, but also never been so blatantly extorted for money on top of it for the fraud committed against me. I am beside myself with what has gone on here, that not only was my money not protected, but that also I am not being treated like the criminal at fault.
