Consumer Complaint: XXXX & XX/XX/2022 I made multiple payments in XXXX I uploaded evidence and they closed investigation on discovery card. In chat my date was changed to the 1st of each month because I'm a veteran disabled and when payment date was changed they put on my credit 30 days late I sent in evidence. No letters no emails of late payments were sent to me as I made multiple payments in 1 mth. I sent in bank payments and they failed and still f A iled to remove the late payment. I been dealing going XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and now this. Multiple payments were made in XXXX. But they got XXXX late and there's payments and extra payments been met. This all happened when payment date was moved to the 1st if each mth. They refuse to remove the only 1 late payment I have on my credit. The investigation was closed states I didn't send in documents and they were sent in. They are trying to ruin others credit after getting payments and if u make double payments they fail to put those on bill for the next following month. They wrongfully put me in a bind. Which hurts my score and they don't care

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased an above ground swimming pool from XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$9400.00}. I paid a deposit of {$4800.00} using my Discover Card and agreed to pay the 3 percent transaction fee that Discover charges the merchant. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from XXXX in their store to advise me that the pool they had sold me was no longer available even though I had been told by her on XXXX that it was in their warehouse. She offered different pool option but after discussing with my husband, I called on XX/XX/XXXX and told her that we wanted a refund if they were unable to provide us with the pool we had purchased. When I went into their store on XX/XX/XXXX to pick up my receipt for the refund, she presented me with an invoice for {$140.00} to cover the 3 percent fee that Discover charges. I refused to sign it and came home and opened a dispute on my Discover Card. I provided Discover with the above facts and copies of the invoice and sales receipt. On XX/XX/XXXX Discover send me a link to a message showing what XXXX XXXX had provided to them including the {$140.00} invoice that I refused to sign. Discover at no time offered me an explanation as to why my dispute was denied nor have given me an opportunity to rebut their decision. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent an email to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, requesting an explanation. On XXXX I received an email from XXXX in their Executive Office of Customer Advisory department requesting more information, such as account number, that was already provided in the email to XXXX XXXX. I sent an email to her that same day providing the information and did not receive any further correspondence from her. On XXXX and XXXX, I again sent my email to XXXX XXXX with no response. On XXXX, I sent an email to Discover XXXX XXXX XXXX requesting an explanation regarding this denied dispute. That afternoon, I received a phone call that I missed from XXXX. I sent her an email letting her know that I have a difficult time catching up with her on the phone and to please contact me via email. She did not. I called her phone number today XXXX XXXX and she agreed to investigate my dispute but seemed to have no knowledge of anything that had transpired. She said she'd call me back when she had a decision but could not provide any kind of time frame.

I have made payment throughout COVID despite being unemployed, facing economic difficulties, and having zero access to my credit card due the account being restricted. Im requesting that the account is reopened and at least {$290.00} in interest charges is credited to my account as a remedy. The payments made to the card had little to no impact on my credit score which would have been beneficial to improving my credit score.

Consumer Complaint: I graduated from a secured card in XX/XX/2023 to unsecured card. I had a {$300.00} deposit that was supposed to be refunded to me after the XXXX month payment/billing cycle via their advertisement and website. The alleged paper check for {$300.00} was sent usps and was never received. I had to wait another 30 days for the to " cancel '' the check I then recieved mail of the voided check within a few days. Because of this I became suspicious if an actual check was sent from the beginning. I then called on XX/XX/2023 requesting my deposit again since it was past the 30 day time frame. I provided my checking and routing number and was advised by the rep my deposit was going to be XXXX refunded immediately the bank account I provided is the same my monthly payments are withdrawn from and saved to my Discover portal. Today is XXXX I have called Discover 3x just to get the run around and a rep told me that a " stop check payment '' was put on XXXX I have no idea what she was referring to. I was advised that they would need another 24-48 to follow up with me that another department had to be contact. I have wasted hours of my time as well as it has been very distressing going back and forth with this company when I always get different answers and no one is resolving the issue. Please help, thank you.

Consumer Complaint: My savings account was used unauthorized by this company online that I currently use. They kept telling me that it was my fault for accounts to change from my current to the other. Not true at all. When I saw my payment not go through, I went into account and hit the PAY NOW button ... not realizing my account was switched. They keep blaming me for mishap and not themselves. I'm am very irate. These people are completely XXXX XXXX They always read script-like, telling me they can resolve by me making a new payment. I paid all my bills assuming this was paid because my history of payments are ALWAYS the same. I would have to go out of the way to change my payment options KNOWING there is no money on that account.

I provided evidence that it was supposed to be refunded via an email from XXXX. I opened a dispute in XXXX proceeded to prove via email and also provided the transaction ID and tracing information. The dispute was ruled in favor of build. An additional purchase was made with build for XXXX for a dishwasher in early XXXX, a dishwasher. This was delivered but defective/damaged and returned during the delivery. XXXX stated it was not returned. No additional evidence could be provided, but again was ruled as a valid transaction via discovers dispute process.

Consumer Complaint: I used my Discover credit card to make a deposit for two custom breast collars ( horse tack ) for XXXX gifts. The gal that the breast collars were purchased from never sent them and stopped communication. I filed a dispute on the charges, as I never received them. I contacted Discover several times throughout the course as I never got any updates. I called in during the month of XXXX and a representative stated it looked like the case would be in my favor as the merchant had not replied. They just had to finish the paperwork. Month later still had not gotten any finalized paperwork. Finally, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received a email that they ruled in favor of the merchant. This is wrong as I never received my purchased items and there is proof of that! Also, by federal law, discover has 90 days to finalize a dispute. The dispute was filed on XX/XX/XXXX and did not resolve until XX/XX/XXXX.
