Consumer Complaint: Reached to credti acceptance atleast 20 times and no result. My loan is faulty. Warranty of XXXX Gap of XXXX Loan fee of XXXX They were all described as mandatory by dealership. Loan company still hasnt called me to further investigate. The taxes and fees were wrong plus i had to pay another {$320.00} out of pocket to register the car. The bill of sale is completely wrong Also extra XXXX was added to my loan which is incurring interest also. I removed the waranty and Gap but they wont fix my rate of balance with monthly payments. I took out a XXXX loan which turned to be XXXX with all the extras. Car dealership is now pending court hearing for refusing to give back down payment. this was already a super high interest loan at 25 % The loan company is very negligent and uneducated. Its very scary they work with dealers as such. My apologies i didnt proof read.

Consumer Complaint: Upon reviewing, I see that Credit Acceptance Corporation had hidden fees in my car loan contract. I tried to tell them after purchasing the vehicle but less than 1 year later they repossessed my car due to impossibly high payments that were not the original terms. I explained this in person when I went to pick my car up after having it repossessed. They didnt care. I tried to keep up with my payments but they raised my payments a third time, I know now I should not have allowed them to do this. They repossessed the car right after I came home with my XXXX and after that I just stopped trying to keep that car. This company has violated me. I was XXXX XXXX XXXX paying over {$500.00} a month for a used car for two years. The car shouldve been paid off but on my credit it says I owe over XXXX which is not what I signed to purchase the car for.
