Consumer Complaint: I have recently decided to start looking into my credit score, I had it ran, saw the auto loan was on my credit and needed it removed. I sent Credit Acceptance corp a request for information on the loan on XX/XX/XXXX, it was received via certified mail XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, also via certified mail, they received a request to remove the claim on my credit. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I haven't received any response from credit acceptance,

Consumer Complaint: XXXX is showing my car loan with credit acceptance increased by {$210.00} on XX/XX/20. I disputed it and results say no change needed. I spoke with Credit Acceptance 3 times regarding this change and they assured me that my loan will never go up and will decrease each month. I have never been late on my car loan. They also stated that XXXX has made the mistake and they need to fix it on their end. I spoke with XXXX and they state it is correct. I just go back and forth between the 2 of these companies. I am in the process of trying to buy a house and Credit Acceptance refuses to remove the late payment erroneously report off my credit. I have bank statements reflecting the dates of payment made on time each month, which I have presented to Credit Acceptance. I have attached statements showing all monthly payments. The payment history sent to me was not accurate information regarding my account.

Consumer Complaint: I had an account go into collections over 2 years ago and recently it now on my credit report as an open account and missed payments are being marked and the balance for the account is increasing, I did not give permission and had no knowledge of it be reopened. My credit score is constantly going down now because of payment history and missed payments Saying I am 180 days passed due from this account that was placed for collections on XX/XX/2018. My reasons ; one it resets the life of the account/debt so takes longer to age off credit, it holds the consumer back not able to open new accounts/credit due to credit score and payment history, Old debt looks like new debt. Hurts consumers credit making it almost impossible to raise credit score without paying off old debt. It makes consumer feel pressured, harassed, held back, oppressed, and unable to succeed. Some jobs like the one I am going to be applying to after I finish XXXX XXXX in 6 months check credit scores therefore making it harder to get a job that would help me pay off debts that I may owe.

The Credit Acceptance Corporation account was re inserted into my credit files XX/XX/XXXX, over one ( 1 ) year after the deletion of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. The re insertion included a higher balance than the original balance of {$6100.00}, Credit Acceptance Corporation reported to credit bureaus. The re insertion balance increased to a balance of {$6600.00}. Also the account been closed for about 3 years, then re opened 2 months with out my knowledge, and never been alerted that it will be reopened
