Consumer Complaint: Every month since XX/XX/2018, I have sent a certified letter to all 3 credit bureaus requesting the information from the creditor Credit Acceptance be removed from my account. In XX/XX/2018, this vehicle was stolen. The company ( Credit Acceptance ) stated they had GAP insurance with my loan and would be taken care of. To date, they are still reporting my loan every month as 120 days past due. I have spoken with the company, the collection agency that now owns the loan, and etc on multiple occasions. NO ONE will help me resolve this matter. This is the only negative thing I have affecting me from purchasing a home. I have tried so many times to get this account resolved and DELETED the inaccurate information of over 30 missed payments from my credit report I have no choice but to file a complaint. This company, the credit bureaus, and the collection agency has EVER followed up with me after I have sent them dispute letters to verify any type of information.

So there should have no late payments to be reported on my credit report. I further remind you that you may be liable for your willful non-compliance. Be aware that I am making a final goodwill attempt to have you clear up this matter. I was told I would be able to push my payments back due to the pandemic and it would not go against my credit but that was false! I've made a few payments on time and there was a couple times I paid a XXXX late. The month of XXXX I was late, but on XXXX XXXX, XXXX I made a payment of XXXX. I would pay the past due and the amount due at that time which would be an " on-time '' payment. Consumer Complaint: Alleged Account number XXXX I do not recognize credit acceptance as any creditor of mines!!! When I noticed this alleged repossession claim I was the guarantor of an auto loan on my credit report I immediately sent them a letter stating there was a high chance this account was fraudulent and i need to see all the contracts, promissory notes, Notice of sale letters and most importantly the calculation of surplus and deficiency letter. They received my letter XX/XX/2021 and are yet to mail me any response. I informed that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX states that a secured creditor must send this notice within 14 days of a request by the debtor OR a record waiving the secured party 's right to a deficiency. I am yet to receive a response from this alleged creditor this alleged secured party 's right to this deficiency debt has been waived. This account is inaccurate and needs to be deleted from my credit report
