Consumer Complaint: I purchased a vehicle from " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' in XXXX, Florida. The salesman lied and sold me the vehicle, and the only paperwork I signed was with the understanding that I was purchasing this vehicle for a total amount of XXXX. I then receive information from Credit Acceptance stating I owed XXXX. I have never signed or agreed to such a ridiculous amount for a 2014 XXXX XXXX ( former police vehicle stripped I might add ) close to 10 was pushing it. When I contacted the dealer, he stated not a big deal to call the credit company and refinance. I never agreed to this amount. He was very rude then, and no longer wanted to speak of it. My mother called him as well she was also met with very nasty, rude and unprofessional behavior. We then tried to explain the situation to Credit Acceptance, sent the forms we have showing the significant difference in price, and they just referred us back to the dealer stating they could send the forms, but had nothing further to do with the situation. I am not sure what transpired, but I do know that I did not electronically sign my name to XXXX. The total never came up and was never discussed. I would have never agreed to this amount. I no longer want this vehicle and know that I was scammed during the pandemic with the knowledge that resources were very limited.

Consumer Complaint: A previous complaint was filed against this company concerning an unsigned sales contract. Their response to the first complaint was sending a copy of a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Process. This form is bogus. It has fake signatures that don't remotely resemble our signatures. A complaint was also filed with the Texas Attorney General last year and the Texas XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX this year. The attorney generals complaint produced an electronic reproduction of a sales contract with electronically filled in signatures and initials. I spoke with a woman XXXX XXXX XXXX last month regarding this account. She wanted me to send copies of our signatures to XXXX XXXX for verification but they are not to be trusted. I feel like they will try to make other fake documents with our real signatures.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: XXXX is reporting I was late 30 days on my vehicle loan for the month of XX/XX/2021. I disputed the error and the late payment still remains. Dispute results state the creditor certified the information was correct. I do not understand how that could be if I was never 30 days late on my payments. The account being reported incorrectly is Credit Acceptance. The month I paid off my loan ( XX/XX/2021 ) is when they reported the alleged late payment. I tried contacting Credit Acceptance and they can not tell me why it is reporting late and told me my account had no late fees assessed. They did provide me a copy of my payment history which I can provide to you.
