Consumer Complaint: Credit acceptance XXXX They have on my credit report missing my auto loan payment. They use to go through XXXX XXXX and for whatever reason they state they never received my payemt back in XXXX. They reported my payments missed starting in XXXX. I have provided a letter and bank statement for them to remove that missed payments off my credit report multiple ties with out success! All my other payments are exceptional and I have not missed any payments. This is not right and causing me not to be able to purchase a home along with other things! They are unprofessional every time I call and not helpful! Im sure Im not the only one to complain about their service and their wrong doing!

Consumer Complaint: This is a formal complaint against Office Of The Attorney General located in XXXX, TX. This company has repeatedly violated my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as the Fair Credit Billing Act and has caused me much unnecessary financial AND mental distress. For starters, they're reporting an erroneous & unverifiable account on my credit report and not to mention an account in which I've asked for proof of claim and in which they have not been able to provide, per the FCRA & FCBA. Despite my efforts to resolve this unfortunate nightmare for several months now, Office Of The Attorney General has completely ignored my communications and legal submissions to remove this inaccurate information from my credit report. I am well aware of several other complaints filed against this company for their illegal and unethical business practices. Yet, somehow, this company is still in business. This company 's unprofessional & negligent behavior has caused lots of serious harm, not only to my ability to establish credit & good interest rates, but also to my character as a Professional and as an individual. Please help me, and the many other consumers just like me, to put a stop to the operation of these unethical & immoral business practices immediately. I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance in this matter and hope to hear from you very soon.

I have disputed this thru all credit agencies only to have credit acceptance verify info as correct and nothing changes. It has damaged my credit because they are showing as missing payments. I have talked to credit acceptance and they point the finger at credit agencies. I have talked to all credit agencies and they point the finger at credit acceptance. I need this fixed.

I was advised by 21 credit acceptance account holders that they are settling debts for up to 80 % because of COVID-19. I called 5 times to try and take advantage of this offer, all of the reps told me they knew nothing about the settlement. I was transferred to XXXX, a manager in the collections department, she advised that she knew nothing about the settlement either.
