Consumer Complaint: During the pandemic I lost my job and was put on a payment plan for the past few months. They told me that they would not report late payments if it was not 40 days past due. I made all my payments before the XXXX of the month according to my prior payment plans. They assured they do not report late payments. They reported for late payments suddenly on my account when they were marked as current before. This company is known to tamper with credit reporting.I called the company and they said my payment date suddenly changed to the seventh of the month. I asked her about my payment plan she said she no longer sees a payment plan in the system. This company is such a fraud. Ive been paying almost {$500.00} a month for a vehicle that hasnt been on the road for over a year and a half now. I am a single mom of XXXX kids and Im trying to get a mortgage approval and this is the only thing that is stopping me otherwise I had excellent credit.

Consumer Complaint: I had put my car in a transmission shop since my vehicle has had a problem since I got it I was told they were going to fix it they gave me rentals told me they will wait 30 days to get parts to have there mechanic fix it and once those days were over they told me they were not fixing it so here I am I took the step to take my vehicle to a transmission shop to get that fix upon myself the mechanic did not fix my vehicle it came back worse and he lied stating he would do payment plans he ended up wanting all the money so I had my bank pick it up I paid my bank that I finance thru XXXX to get car back and now it doesnt even drive I then called the bank they told me they were not responsible for that they just picked up the vehicle to help me so I then called the auto shop the manager said I could bring back the car so he could fix it because I had warranty I then told him okay thats fine he told me he was gon na tow it back to his shop to fix it that being said he never came to get it there for Im without a car and Im in the process of about to have to let my job go as well I just want my car fixed
