I have requested this company to remove this statement of Voluntary Surrender off of my Credit Report. I like to have a Consumer Statement of : I was Sold a Lemon to be placed on my Credit Report. Or The Vehicle was a Lemon. The car never was repaired and it was unsafe to drive. I, the Consumer, XXXX XXXX paid over {$10.00}, XXXX ( XXXX XXXX Dollars ) into Repairs for this Lemon Vehicle. The rep told me in the first week of XXXX, my info would be updated on my credit report. I had had a few late pmts reported due to difficulty during covid. Today it was reported still open, past due of 180 days, and on XXXX it showed a balance decrease of {$10.00}. I called the company and they did say the account was closed but said all they could do was send me paperwork to file a dispute with them.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of 2016 my car was repossessed by credit acceptance corp. they refused at the time and afterwards to make any sort of arrangements to bring the account up current before and after the repossession. The company would not negotiate with me at all and put the account in repossession on my credit report where it remains to this day. I have contacted them multiple times to try and remedy the debt and work out an arrangement and all they do is refer me to an lawyers office and when i call the lawyers office i leave voicemails with my contact information for them to get in contact with me in order to work out any type of arrangement to get the debt taken care of and cleared from my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has never returned my phone calls or made any attempts to contact me. Its shown on my credit report that the amount still owed is {$3700.00} and it being on my credit report has caused me great stress it trying to finance any vehicles as well as housing for myself and my family.

Consumer Complaint: Hello I had an Auto loan with Credit Acceptance Corp. I paid the loan off in full as of XX/XX/XXXX. The account is not only still showing open but there has been no updates since XX/XX/XXXX on the payments made up until I paid the account off. XXXX payments made on time are not reflected on my XXXX XXXX Credit Report. That keeps your score low. Recently I have used your services because they were marking me late on payments that they should not have and 2x we had to deal with that. I'm starting to feel like this company keeps intentionally doing things to try and keep my credit score low. Also not sure if they did the same thing on XXXX
