Consumer Complaint: To whom this may concern, I've noticed fraudulent activity on my credit reports ( XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX ). What has been reported has led me to believe that I may be a victim of identity theft, as i did not approve/ authorize any information to be used in my name and social security for this fraudulent account. I am requesting that this fraudulent item be deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. A security freeze was placed on my credit which should have alerted me prior to my information being used toward this account. This fraudulent item is reporting inaccuracies which are negatively impacting my credit which is extremely disappointing. I have reported the theft of my identity to the Federal Trade Commission and would like this item to be removed from my credit report immediately. Please reviewed the enclose copy of the Federal Trade Commission affidavit regarding this fraudulent account. Thanks.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against Credit Acceptance Corporation for committing aggravated identity theft. I have never given Credit Acceptance Corporation any permission to use any of my identifying information to commit fraud by contacting me about an alleged debt that claim I owe. I am aware that in accordance with Article 9, the assignment of a defaulted note is illegal. Both the assignee and the assigned are both liable for violations under 15 U.S. Code 1692e12. I have never received any documentation requesting validation from Credit Acceptance Corporation before they committed multiple violations under the FCRA and the FDCPA by furnishing this alleged debt to my consumer report, including but not limited to, 15 U.S. Code 1692d4 which the FTC defines as debt parking. If Credit Acceptance can not provide me with proof such as a tracking number that they attempted to lawfully validate this debt with me, the consumer, prior to furnishing it to my consumer report, this has been a fraudulently furnished account with forethought and malice as an attempt to bring harm to me and my financial reputation. I am legally refusing to pay this debt pursuant to 1692c ( c ). I am demanding a cease and desist of all illegal activity, any communication and collection activity, of this and any alleged debts until Credit Acceptance Corporation can provide me with sufficient documentary evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them. If this documentary evidence can not be produced and Credit Acceptance continues its collection efforts, I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and they will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 U.S. Code 1028A, extortion, theft by deception, securities fraud, and mail fraud. Consumer Complaint: Credit Acceptance Corp has reported this negative account on my consumer credit report. I am not associated with the person named on the account for the amount of XXXX. I have already disputed this with XXXX along with other negative accounts associated with the same people. This account is being reinvestigated and all other negative accounts that I have disputed as of XX/XX/XXXX have already been corrected from my credit report. My credit has dropped significantly due to these credit reporting errors that continue to be associated with my first and last name. The addresses and phone numbers on my credit report were corrected today XX/XX/XXXX and will be updated within the next 72 hours. These credit reporting issues occurred back in XXXX with the same people being associated to my credit report and I had to report all this to XXXX that many years ago.
