Consumer Complaint: I attempted to get a loan on a used vehicle in my budget for XXXX with over XXXX miles on it on the XXXX XXXX website In XXXX Michigan they ran my credit through XXXX different predatory lenders and I was denied because the vehicle had to many miles on it not because of my XXXX score. They attempted to make go through a high interest loan company with a 23 % interest rate. This doesn't help me the consumer that's XXXX and on social security. Now I have XXXX unwanted inquiries and no vehicle XXXX XXXX. This is ridiculous! Are there laws to protect me the co sumer from this? The dealership knew full well as he told me in a text " he was limited on financing due to the high miles on said vehicle "

Consumer Complaint: I had this car for 5 months and it was still at the dealership i purchased it from from the entire time. the gave me 4 loaner cars. i finaly got the car and i took it for a oil change. the car locked up at the shop were i took it for the oil change. i had a warranty on the car and they want me to paid almost all of the money for repairing the car so i gave it back to them. they placed a balance on my credit report after selling me a lemon why didnt the finance company go after the dealership.

Consumer Complaint: I got a XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I signed up for automatic payments weekly. I never missed a payment and they started reporting the payment late and their excuse was it's late from when it actually goes to them not when it's debited out of my account. Also their interest is ridiculous which is not in my contract they have daily interest chargers and it can be whatever they want it be what I was told by one of the customer service. I the lease was for {$17000.00} I paid over {$12000.00} in two years they said I still owe {$14000.00} my insurance company paid {$10000.00} when the vehicle was totaled out in XX/XX/XXXX they have been reporting every month on my credit report missed monthly payments. I don't owe them paid more than enough they are rude when I call told me good luck on getting it deleted from my credit report. Now they are saying I still owe them {$4000.00} or settle for {$600.00} and the person who is responsible for reporting credit can't be contacted by phone only by email that they can't provide me. The company is credit acceptance I joined a class action lawsuit against them for doing the same to others yet they are still posting inaccurate information on my credit report.

My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Fl XXXX My SS # XXXX My DI # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I'm attaching copies of my SS and Driver 's license for verification purposes. There is a item on my credit report which I believe it's purposely being reported erroneously but it is hurting me tremendously. I purchased a XXXX XXXX from a now out of business car dealership, for the better part of two years, I continued to have mechanical issues with the XXXX, having to bring it to the dealer for repairs, finally after a year and a half, the engine collapsed, they refused to fix the problem I immediately called the XXXX XXXX, they completely ignored me, so I voluntary surrender the XXXX. XXXX stopped their collection efforts, and sold the account to Credit Acceptance Corporation XXXX XXXX continue to show this account as opened, and are reporting it as a late payment every month, and you know how devastating that is when you are trying to rebuild your credit. I'm not sure what the legality is of what they are doing, but I'm certain it's not being reported truthfully, yes I had a loan, albeit for a damaged car, yes I turned it in whether they categorized it as a repo or something else, but it should have been closed and perhaps show it as a charge of, I'm not sure, but then try hey sell it to credit Acceptance corp, and they are purposely misreporting it as an open account in order to hurt my credit even more. I am pleading with you to please correct this situation or perhaps if I'm wrong, inform me of how to best address this problem. I have hired two credit repair companies and all they have done is steal my money, please HELP. Respectfully XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On my credit report in XXXX the company began reporting my account as delinquent and placed it in collections/ charge off. In XXXX after consistently reporting my account as a charge off collection, they began reporting the account as open and late XXXX days. Since XXXX they have been reporting it monthly as a XXXX days late which continues to hurt the chances of my score rising and has had a greater impact on my score verses when they were reporting the collection/charge off. I have not consented to any payments or provided any payments since XXXX and have had no contact with them or any representatives of theirs. Nonetheless they have began reporting as if I became delinquent at a later date, which has not only significantly impacted my score monthly but has also lead to the statue of limitations to be extended by XXXX years. This account was suppose to be deleted in XXXX and is now scheduled for deflection in XXXX. Thats almost XXXX years past the start of the loan and the last actual payment made towards the loan. I have disputed but continue to be denied although I have prof of the account showing collections and chafed off during the years XXXX, & XXXX.

Furthermore this account is damaging my scores horrifically! They ( credit acceptance corp ) continue to report to the bureaus that this account is open and 120 days past due every month for years! That is not possible!!! - it is not open! It has been closed for years. If you look at the Monthly Payment there is no monthly payment because it is closed! This account has been marked late 120 days for the last few years and it's closed! this should not be on my report at all.

Ive recently noticed that there are discrepancies from all three bureaus that reported on this account. There are inaccurate dates and balances alongside remarks that can potentially hinder my credit report. I sent letters out on the XXXX of XXXX disputing this account and noticed nothing was processed with all three bureaus.
