Consumer Complaint: The company is violating my privacy by reporting late payments to the credit bureaus. In XXXX I submitted a complaint to the company about the vehicle, I have drove this vehicle a handful of times. The transmission went 3 times and then the engine. I no longer have their vehicle as it was junked. I never signed MY SIGNATURE on any documents! I have tried to contact the company several times to remove any late payments and lower the amount but instead the only care about adding on fees and charging more money on to the loan. A car that was worth XXXX is now up to XXXX. During XXXX the CARES ACT was provided no company was to report or add on to bills and this company was still adding on late fees and reporting late payments to the credit bureaus when I was not even working and sick. Ive tried to come to SEVERAL AGREEMENTS with the company and so they care about is the vehicle! Im ready to take legal action now because now this has been over 6 years and still adding interest and I have been trying to make payments and yet they do NOTHING to work with people!!!!! I will no longer pay and I will have my attorney fix it unless they are willing to send in to the credit bureaus a letter to fix late payments!!!

Consumer Complaint: I have tried to have this account corrected multiple times even previously filing a complaint with the CFPB. This account was set to be removed from my credit report as of this year as it had been reporting past due payments since XX/XX/2015. This past month the payment history was updated to remove those past due payments to allow the account to remain on my credit report for more than 7 years. This is an unfair abusive and deceptive act. I am done dealing with Credit Acceptance and their continued practices and I am ready to file legal action against them. This account went into default over 7 years ago and needs to be removed from my credit report. Additionally, the last payment received on the account is not accurate as it was not the last voluntary payment made. The last payment on this account made by me was in 2015.

The purpose of this consumer credit transaction was to obtain a credit card, I was denied my open-ended credit. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX our vehicle was deemed a total loss. Credit acceptance was to provide the payoff amount so the loan could be paid in full. After they provided the payoff to XXXX, there was a remaining balance because of the cancelled automatic payment ; this was I unbeknownst to us. I received no notification that our payment wasnt processed until it was reported as late on my credit report. I called and spoke with them to understand what occurred. After speaking with them about the cancelled payment. XXXX XXXX informed us that they changed the company who was providing their payment processing while we had a pending payment in queue to be processed. This change in payment providers resulted in an automatic cancellation of our scheduled payment. These 2 occurrences were out of our control. We were not at fault for the accident or the late payment but, are being penalized for it. My credit score dropped to an unsatisfactory range and I am no longer eligible for a home loan.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX, I financed a vehicle, a XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX miles on it. My monthly payments are {$920.00}. The field I was in, was able to take care of that monthly payment. But my contract is for 66 months at $ XXXX {$970.00}. In XXXX thats when I got laid off and soon after the pandemic happened. I couldnt find work. And I fell behind on my payment. I still have the vehicle to this day. Ive tried to ask for a deferment so my account isnt in delinquent. I make {$600.00} biweekly payments. During the year of the pandemic I wasnt employed. So I became more delinquent. I would said 10 or 11 months delinquent and I still had the vehicle. Now they call me telling me I have to pay {$11000.00} to bring my vehicle current or repossession will take place. I am struggling. I lost a child during the pandemic and it wasnt easy getting out of my situation. My interest rate is about 22 % or more. I am from the XXXX XXXX
