Consumer Complaint: I have never had any business with Credit Acceptance. However, this company has reported a {$20000.00} fraudulent debt to XXXX. I am an XXXXXXXX XXXX woman. This is slanderous and libelous. Credit Acceptance and XXXX should be held accountable for putting fraudulent debt on consumers credit reports.

Consumer Complaint: I have an Auto Loan with Credit Acceptance, I have paid this charge each month diligently. My credit report shows that I am 30 days or more past due on my payments for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and and XXXX XXXX However I paid each of these months within 30 days of the due date. In XXXX my payment posted on XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX on XXXX I have attempted to reach out to the company to find out why my payments are being reported as late, and the only advice I was provided was to file a dispute with the credit bureaus. I filed a dispute with all 3 bureaus and the dispute results came back that the information is upheld and no changes will be made, however the supporting documentation provided shows the same payment dates as I have provided above. These payments were not late and this information reported is false. I am requesting a further investigation into this matter, thank you.
