Consumer Complaint: This company have abused my rights to fair credit. They have been reporting many times over multiple years incorrect information. This company reported the same account over 3 times to negatively affect my credit score. First the company reported the wrong amount on the account to my report ( 1st time a negative impact, credit drops dramatically ), then re-report the same exact account with a different amount ( 2nd time a negative impact, credit drops ) all in the same year. A year later the company takes it away then re-report it but only this time adds a remark to the account stating voluntary surrender ( 3rd time a negative impact, credit drops ). Lastly, 3+ years later and as of today re-reports the same exact account and changes voluntary surrender to repossession ( 4th time a negative impact, credit drops ). This is very unfair and have caused a financial disaster for me and my family. These actions have changed my life for the worst and are a result of lenders taking opportunities I once had and still would have away from me! I have information and screenshots of all the times this account was reported and changed around. Each time I was negatively affected! I will submit the proof and I have reached out to the attorney general for help regarding this matter.
